You don't need to quite your job to see Italy. Just plan a trip in advance. And if you don't have a passport, then that is step number one to planning your travel. There is strategic times to go to places in the season that make it cheaper as well.

Haha I love spur-of-the-moment. I was kind of eating dinner at random times because of the jet lag. somedays late, somedays early.. . I know one thing, though, no one eats later than the people of Spain! Restaurants don't even open till 10 pm.

Yeah the waterfall and boat were incredible. And I didn't get sick of eating this pasta because it was all so uniquely done. He doesn't operate in front of the camera as much since he started his production company and it makes it way easier to make these videos with him focused on capturing the trip :D

Same here in Oz, I'm in bed before most Europeans start cooking dinner!!! hahaha
