Nad Abu yeah, details yet no disgusting pictures
Same tho
I didn’t fall asleep 😂
Who else thought the video ended after like 30 seconds and had to check how long was left.
Yes
Lol it happened to me
yeaah
Hahah true
Im like "4 minutes already??"
It's crazy to see how complex our body is, every cell working together to keep us alive, truly an inspiring thing.
Yes! And, do you know what's even more astonishing than that? Atheists.
@@fareedahmadsiddiqui8268why
This encourages me to work out cause I want my cells to be doing this
lmao
This scares the shit out me
@@dillo1594 why?
Well...ive already knew it from the start that if we train hard to make our body stronger...our regeneration system will also be stronger to repair the damage tissue quickly
@@ivory867 Just thinking about all the blood veins heart and organs gross me out. Everything about it is gross
The human body is truly a work of art
And yet we still smoke, drink & overeat. SMH
The monkey body is better and more powerfull but ok
@@cory7460 but they're dumber
@@cory7460 why did you feel the need to write this response? He clearly did not say human body is the "only" work of art or the "best" work of art. After all, even accepting monkey body as better does not in itself negate the claim that human body is a work of art. Of course you may refuse work of art praise for various reasons but a comparison with monkey body, in this context, plays no role.
Return to monke?
I love how when it got to the mitochondria he didn’t say anything cuz we ALL know what the mitochondria does 😂😂😂
parasite eve
Haha ik right
Power house of the cell
Faxxx
Still dunno😂😂
Glad to know my cells are working right now it's like universe inside me, wonder what they think about me
It's always a good thing to have working cells ;)
They never stop working
Cells very love you
It working for you to make you alive
You should gave them paycheck
By eating healthy and happy and also do a work out
They are probably thinking. Who is this idiot we're working for! Lol
They might not know what they are part of, might be individual cells living with there other cell friends and wondering about theyre purpose. Just like we as Humans.
@@drfauci9103 true 😂🤣
I love the squishy sounds. After every time I work out, I put a stethoscope to my biceps hoping I'll hear those squishy sounds as my cells work to repair my muscle fibers. It excites me.
I hope you're joking
r/woosh
You actually do that????
😂😂😂😂
Underrated clmment
So this is what happens when i train my muscles and rest
"muscle" (☞ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)☞
No
@@leoFive789 that’s what he said “and rest”
During the workout your muscle fiber break and tear when you sleep they repair and grow bigger and stronger whytout damage your muscle dont need to grow stronger and reduces the amount of nutrients ti the muscle whytout rest your muscle remain damaged until you rest
@@wyattbixler4092 oh he did😱😱😱😱
I've been following the Agoge Diet for a couple of months and have built so much muscle. Just wanted to share for those feeling stuck with their muscle building.
1:04 my disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined until i realised the vid didn't acctualy finish. That, hands down, has to be the most misleading transition i have ever seen
A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one
Not going to lie, they had us in the first half.
Because it's 5 shorts strung together.
The more you destroy your muscles, the more powerful they become!
That is incorrect
@@withku how is that incorrect?
@@soundsidecolour there’s a point where recovery will take too much time, and you will miss potential growth.
@@withku please stop spreading lies, just because your unhappy doesn't mean you have to make everyone unhappy
only if u mean “destroying muscles” as microtears
Those squeaking noises will haunt me forever.
A flawless creation.
I don't understand how people believe all these things happened out of coincidence and mutation and evolution.
Like, even when we look at a simple painting we know someone must have drawn it. It can't be out of coincidence you know it has a painter, yet people see the flawless order in our body, our universe and all the other stuff, they believe it wasn't created by someone.
Every artwork has an artist.
Honestly I researched this just because I wanted to fall asleep thinking about how my muscles are literally doing this right now
Me too 😊
If your muscles are relaxed and not moving then nothing is going on.
Im always wondering how scientists even figure these things out.

@@crimson9748 dang these fleshlights Turning too real

Thank you stem cell
My body feels so weird when I watch videos like this.
Squishy squishy muscle cells🥺
cute 🥺🥺
I love vaginal muscles 🥴
God is too detailed. The human body has too many complex systems within it. Great video.
We have a huge world living inside each one of us, yet we keep discriminating against each other and being racist against each other. Watching biology videos like this and how the body cells work with each other and help each other despite their differences shows me how oblivious we are and how far away from being awake we are.
We are all individual organisms. In real life, organisms compete against each other for scarce resources. Similar organisms stick together. Wake the hell up you libtard.
We are different you moron. Difference in intelligence, skull shape, emotional intelligence, empathy. We're not the same species in race each with their own flaws.
@@joebob978 If you respond in such a way, you obviously don't understand the fundamentals of science.
Science is humbling for a reason.
Bruh how did you manage to make this about racism
I'm not racist but yellow babies do be lowering property values tho
Dude.. God is AWESOME!!! WHAT AN INSANELY INTRICATE DESIGN!!!🤯🤯🤯❤❤❤❤
Our bodies are amazing !!!
The Lord above made is this way. His power is unimaginable
man i was tripping yesterday and i didnt even know what i was watching
Haha same! Went between ”how its made: Salami” video and some kind of ”animal-planet documentary.”
Weed makes me stupid. Faster.
This is really cool and informative but whenever was in charge of sound design took their job way too seriously lmaooo
Freaking amazing. That sound tho omg
Thank you, our sound designer appreciates it!
The squishing sound was awesome with the video.
This is the Creation of Allah. Now show me that which those (ye worship) beside Him have created. Nay, but the wrongdoers are in error manifest!
Quran 10-11
And yet some are convinced that this is the result of something by “chance”. The creation of life is no coincidence my friends.
You are correct!

very good video! clear and focused. the animations are great too.
thats actually pretty cool
Damn i have a whole re-construction company within my body
@Light Yagami shhhhhhhhhh
This is so inspiring and leaves a mark on me . All Glory to God who created us with such absolutely sick mechanism. And kudos to the excellent visualization of the muscle structure . This is one of the best looking visualization of the subject on youtube .
Yep, yep we must thank god and NOT MILLIONS OF YEARS OF EVOLUTION. Not the Protobionts, not the Prokaryotes, not Tiktaalik, none of that stuff ya know. Let's just ignore them haha
This encourages me to believe in Allah more.
You're stupid
@@marelli777 You're gonna know Who is on stupidity very soon.
@@marelli777 what's ur religion?
With the right choice of words this could be taught to even the youngest students. It's a little wordy but really good illustrations.
Wow, mind blowing, thank you God for making humans such an amazing machine ❤️
So THAT'S what all those squishy sounds coming from my muscles are!!! I was wondering!
Why didn’t Gregory House’s thigh muscles ever regenerate? There was necrosis I think because of a blood clot (haven’t watched the show in years) but it never regenerated. Never mind I think I remember, that part of his leg was surgically removed.
I'm watching what's going on in my sore body right now
The background music is too loud to hear the speaker clearly.
You should really create a Udemy Course for Medical Students. The quality of this video and it's explanations are incredible top notch.
For today's standards, online classes are becoming more valuable than with just a Zoom class because most teachers are trained to teach on a presentation like class rather than a visual like 3D and by section in more explained way.
People out here still thinking all this happened by accident 🤣.
Who else thinks the myoblasts look like the bugs that crawl in your skin like the ones on scorpion king?
Amazin video and narration with a gr8 explanation
Thank you!
It’s hard to believe this is how u get stronger and this is going on inside of u..
Well actually, a hell of a lot more is going on including the production of individual organelle such as mitochondria from protein printing out of amino acids inside organelles, mitochondria producing self-assembling lipid membranes, the electron transport chain in the mitochondria, fusion cell surface receptors, nuclear hormone receptors, other immune cells, vaso-dilation and contraction, nerve signals, and changes to epigenetics, activation of proteins that receive signalling metabolites, and so forth. It is layers upon layers upon layers of complexity.
@@sadrien Truly amazing, to think from the most little parts that everything is purely random which can result in such harmonic and extremely complex systems.
@@Singleraxis It's not harmonized or good at doing what it does. Most humans die within a few year and weaken as they get older. This is because your body is incapable of maintaining homeostasis forever, and consequently fails to adapt for ever. Your body is essentially built to die, due to the enormous amount of complexity that somehow manages to make it work, and it's not just extremely complex but it's actually needlessly complex, in that majority of what your body does, it does very poorly.
For example, your visual cortex happens to be at the back of your brain for whatever reason, and sex is something your brain wants all the time, despite it only being a thing you should want to do two to three times in your life, and your digestive system somehow managed to forget how to produce vitamin C, which happens to be a critical for your body to function, and the brain can't even function properly without a daily quantity of locomotive activities, eventually resulting in depression and anxiety disorders, because those are things you want if you're sick and trying to avoid spreading a disease.
This is largely why it is easy to understand how this is essentially all just evolutionary adaptations.
@@SimonWoodburyForget Stunning ! you know so much about human body !
I can’t stand the noise it puts as the muscle & cells move 😷
i wish there was a full video describing everything to do with muscle grown down to a cellular level
It would take 30 hours. Prepare for a long watch, including many animated "?" marks for what is unknown to us.
@@sadrien ok
Eventually that will happen. Animation is getting cheaper and easier.
Then take a biology course (college).
Please make more videos like this! I'm almost a nurse, and this kind of material is perfect.
very cool with the animations!
So when a limb is cut off support (bones) and nerves are gone meaning the regeneration of a limb is impossible but a transplant will do but if the limb is fully taken out it will have a low chance to have a transplant so does a lizard have a cell that helps them regenerate their bones or exoskeleton and nerves or I'm wrong?
perfect creation from a perfect creator.
thanks for the video
I need a video like this explaining what happens when you work out.. I’m currently stuck on how muscles get stronger by doing activities..
Funnily enough, I came from one such video. Here it is: ruclips.net/video/DHgR8jlNW60/видео.html
This looks so disgusting. Our body heals very disgusting ways lol.
God is so smart and wise he is the one who made all this mechanism
How much time will it take for a major trauma patient to recover their muscles
These Doctors and Surgeons must've smoked some real good acid
I'm sorry, but were the noises necessary?
I feel full of love for our bodies to do all this, go stem cells ! ❤️

Hast du schon mal das Aktivwasser von einem Wasserstoffanreicherer schon mal ausprobiert?
Dieses Wasser ist wirklich mega genial! ❤
Es hilft einem echt produktiv zu sein . ☺
Glory be to god the best of designers. This didn't just come about, this is the doing of the best of the maintainer of the human body.
After watching videos like this, I simply can't believe that God doesn't exist. Our bodies are absolutely astounding.
Like so many helpful videos and videos in general, mistakes were made in production by allowing the annoying music to actually be louder than the spoken word.
Really interesting video
What a wonderful video!
Thank you very much!
Props to this dude for taking his skin off just to show us the muscle regeneration process
This was the perfect video to watch at 3:30 am 👍
Nice
Will you make a video about muscle soreness?
That graphics, visuals, and explanation = Megan Fox.
The editing cuts = my girlfriend.
I like this. I also enjoy the "squishy" sounds as others have called them. 😊
Glad to hear, Ming! :)
Agoge Diet personalized plan makes it simple. Select the food you like and they give you personalized meal plan with tips, workout plan and healthy recipes.
Our bodies are like a PC
Meanwhile in movies *Oh your hand got chop off? lol, Just tape it with glue, and BOOM wala, heal up like nothing ever happened!*
Does the veins which are broken and bleeding can regenerate by its own?
So many fucking shit in our body, but we're weak as hell, able to die to almost anything.
Looks like alien technology.
I feel like i just sat down in front of the learning machine from battlefield earth. Spontaneous intellect transfer.
1:30 can they do that faster cause my legs hurt so damn bad
a bunch of weightlifters in here growing their second brain cells
I am watching this while I am sore my body hurts so much 😭
That's what my girl says the next morning 😏
Ha! When I watch this sort of video, it always makes me wonder why so many people do not believe in a creator!
So, when you work out, you feel this pain because of the myoblasts doing its job? Interesting.
No. There are many factors at play that may cause doms, but repair itself isn’t a cause.
You feel pain because the nerve cells of the outer sheath detect damage (or over accumulation of free proton from high levels of lactic acid), not from the myoblasts which do not signal pain at all. You would hurt much more if the myoblasts did not end the pain signals by repairing the tissue.
Did they really have to add noises
We are a miracle ❤ سبحان الله
After a heavy workout my pectoral and triceps hurt meaning some of the fibers are still torn so it will take a long time to regenerate the fully torn fibers and the damaged fibers
can you tell me how can i find these HD images of biology of muscle groth
Best animated video I've come across ... please keep up 🔥❤️
Who all feel nauseous after watching this... But still want muscle growth
How much time cells take to repair?
Thousands, maybe even millions.
I listened my bicep and can’t hear the repairing noise 😭😭😭
Bruh I thought the thumb nail was a picture of some pipes😂
This was amazingly educational. Now I understand what happens when I exercise. Thanks for the video, I really liked learning about this. Also, I liked the sound effects, they added a nice cherry on top.
Watching this while my arms and legs are sore from working out
I wish teachers would use this so we can understand better and build the learner's brain
This is why i feel like insects and worms crawling all over me...
Lmao
I can literally feel my muscles
I never paid attention in class and here I am almost 30 years old. 😅
Imagine there being robots 💀💀💀 You would have to replicate every single one of those muscle and satellites
Well no actually
This is the next level of video graphics.
So what comes from it? Any info of how to prevent declining at old age? Should we train more for bigger muscles to prevent decline of their numbers during aging or instead train less to prevent damadging of muscles. Great job but I would like to see some conclusions.
