The fact that judges have the title of “Honorable” is an insult to the American people

I bet federal civil rights lawyers get a lot of business out of this guy. I can hear the arguments already:
    - Confessions voided because they had a good argument to say they were bullied into confessing
    - Witness statements voided for similar reasoning
    - Basically any statement anyone made being voided because they were confused and terrorized or felt intimidated into saying whatever they thought the judhe wanted to hear and feared contempt charges if they didn't give the judge the answer he wanted and do so fast enough...
If I were on a federal jury over that, I would go with it. It makes sense to me.

Ok, let's all take a reality check here. Yes, the judge acted unprofessional, and yes, it was overboard. But let's be honest, we've all lost our patience at one point or another, and let's not forget that he is human just like all of us.

All his cases and judgements from a month ago, that day, and days after, should be reviewed, maybe the wrong type of punishments were given. Don’t bring your personal problems to work!

So isn't swearing in court considered a "contempt of court"?

No matter what, I believe a judge needs to be decent and professional in the courtroom.
