Not really, if you listen to his solo, it was almost exactly the solo don Brewer of Grand funk does in the tune TNUC....My problem is Mark Farner was responsible for having Freddie King on his fall/Winter tour. So the drummer can't come up with his own solo, and copies Brewer's...That's what i call a real Asshole
I saw him open for Clapton a year or two after this, I went home in the middle of Clapton's first tune. To this day he's the most powerful blues guitarist I've experienced.
