My father's job required him to travel around 12 years a year and he has used different airlines depending on the availability. He brought home all the possible inflight magazines he could. And that's where my interest in aviation came from. I've planned names, logos, and even routes for my airlines. I've played Air Tycoon, Airlines Manager, Airport City, etc. Haha I still play once in a while. I've always wanted a full service long haul airline supported by a strong regional network and supplemented by holiday destinations. I should try this again in Airlines Manager. Haha

I have thought about making an airline actually, being based in Singapore, first using Bombardier Global 7500 aircraft for charter and some scheduled flights out of Seletar Airport. The planes will mostly have high class seats. I wanted to use almost the same concept as JSX airlines, with their own terminal, but of course using the main terminal first. There will be a service to transport business class passengers to the airport too. If the airline manages to start operating widebodies, it will be at Changi Airport. There will be lounges and priority for passengers in security and if possible, priority take off and landing in Changi and other destinations. Hope this dream will come true!
I like the idea, just one question. Those are expensive aircraft to operate, and with business travelers wanting to go their separate ways, are you planning on having up to 20 people as capacity, or just a few lounging out?
Airline Name: Air Cascades Type: Regional with fewer than 40 seats Base: Portland and Seattle Strategy: Offer high frequency routes within the Pacific Northwest to smaller airport. Serve people local PNW snacks and drinks and give people extra legroom Reasoning: There are soo many airports around the Pacific Northwest with little or no commercial service. For example, there are no service between Portland to cities such as Bellingham, Port Angeles, Pullman, Klamath Falls, Yakima, Crescent City, Newport, Wenatchee, North Bend, etc. Hope it get tourists to visit these smaller towns and boost their economy as well.

Well.... i always had this Airline idea in my head and here it is: My idea is to make a Sweden-Based Airline named "Trans-Swedish Airways" that will have its base in Stockolm-Arlanda Airport the fleet will start with a little fleet of A220-200s and A220-300s, after the A220 Fleet the airline will have a bigger fleet of 757s and 767s, then Trans-Swedish will take the A320 and A330,when the 767s and 757s get retired tha airline will operate the 777-300ER and A350-1000, finally the airline will operate the 787-9 DREAMLINER and the A321Neo,now the airline will start on the Shipping Business so Trans-Swedish Delivery will be created, Trans Swedish Delivery will operate a fleet of 757-200Fs ,A330Fs and 777Fs
Concept Airline name: ShoreAir Hub: Atlantic City, NJ Business Idea: Make a Regional Airline in the Mid-Atlantic. Fleet: E175-E2 Cities: Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Allentown, Newark, Wilmington, Baltimore
I would love to do an airline that connect New England states to the Caribbean. I would use smaller airports that sit within 30 to 45 minutes of large ethnic communities that are interested in the Caribbean. Such as Tweed Airport in New Heaven. It sit in between large Puerto Rican communities (New Heaven, Bridgeport, Hartford, and pushing it a bit further but also Springfield and Holyoke) that want affordable flights to Puerto Rico and Florida.
Probably building a regional airline in the PH with flights in my chosen destination islands. For International flights, I'll probably use an A380 for the trunkline.
Airline name: Hop! Airways Based in the UK Cross between leisure and a lost cost carrier It’ll fly to holiday destinations around Europe and potentially expanding further to the US and the Caribbean

I love hearing about everyone else’s ideas about creating airlines. I have my own two that I have thought of before. First, an airline that connects east Asia and Europe, Africa, and the Middle East via Almaty, Kazakhstan. I would call it stand airways since it is in kazakhSTAN. What makes it special? I would be able to offer one stop connections to many routes with much comfort for starting at just $50 round trip. Next, similar to Norwegian with an airline that flies low cost, low demand routes from the US to Europe. I would call it ETTE! Since it is the end of baguETTE. It would also have subsidiaries such as ETTE Asia flying to Asia. What makes it special? No demand, direct flights, very cheap.
My fantasy… Airline Name: Payne Air Headquarters: Dallas, Texas Business Model: Offer affordable vacation packages for the traveling family (including hotel + rental cars) across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Expand to Latin America and the Caribbean if successful.

Seeing that more Americans seem to discover Europe, like Palma de Majorca (where United now flies 3/week from nyc), an airline based somewhere on the west coast of the usa flying to major european tourist destinations would be my idea. Maybe with connecting flights to other smaller destinations, or Codesharing with other airlines, to get the American tourists to their preferred destination. I mean, direct flights to Antalya, Sicily or Malaga don't exist MY QUESTION TO AMERICANS:. Are you interested in going somewhere to Europe? I mean this continent is so divers, everything is different. I live in Germany and I can fly for 1 hour. Boom, I'm in Italy. Like, everything is different here, the language the food the culture the buildings, everything. Isn't that something that makes Europe kinda a hidden jem for Americans who "only" fly to the Caribbean etc?
Airline name: Air Tina The Tiger Aircraft type: 737 MAX 8 Flight path: YKM-DEN (Yakima airport in Washington State- Denver Colorado) Main hub: Yakima airport I plan to start that ultra low-coast airline in the near future

I have one issue.Yakima would be a small hub. The hub has to be 1. In a good area geographically 2. Have a lot of people 3. Make that one of your hubs, but add more hubs that just that.

I wouldn't skip out on anything there were definitely be mail service on all the fights economy first class business class economy Plus and I would outsource Delta's tech ops to help us with heavy maintenance or anything that will come up with our aircraft, I've given it a lot of thought my airline would be one that would make flying fun again everybody would definitely have Ife and most importantly blank space room and all classes including a copy ticket prices would be fair and most importantly with that aspect of it the journey would be enjoyable traveling has become miserable and fun and a headache and I just would not make it about money so that's why I would have 10 aircraft .... I would also have a charter service with my aircraft but at this point I'm just daydreaming 🤣🤣
