I really liked the small reference I found that link to a special event I went to at 6:00. The 2 Lancasters shown here are of the last 2 airworthy Lancasters on earth, one belonging to Canada and one to the UK. They flew together for the last time back in 2014, I remember seeing them together at the Eastbourne International Airshow, however the Canadian plane did not look as extravagant as it does there. It was a very touching moment back then to see them fly together in a peaceful sky that they had worked so hard to protect, and this reference here really reached my heart back to that moment. Its my birthday today too, thank you very much Gaijin, this is the best present you could have given me
Agreed with above commenter. I believe this has been answered before on hotline - because no plane can outrun bullets, and the penetration is almost set in stone, it's unlikely to increase penetration. I think they specifically said that it was negligible and that they didn't want to burden their servers with those extra minute calculations.
Italy is still missing their Lend-Lease planes…. However, I would much prefer domestic designs in the tree, but these lend-lease aircraft should be premiums.
@@Its_Me_Romano I mainly meant stuff like the P-38 and P-47 that were used. The prevalence of German stuff only paints half the picture and doesn’t exactly show how Italy was split by the war.
They also supplied all of Russias new steam locomotives and rail cars. This was in part how Russia was able to field such massive tank armies, with America covering so many crucial bases they could afford to focus on tanks.
So glad to hear your voice bruce, you are really old so was kind of worried you wouldn't be okay, but I'm glad you are! Keep making awesome videos with your great voice!
Martlet* Bruce, you said you got new glasses! Love the video by the way. Just a talk about the vehicles that made it to other countries through the US's industrial might and a little dealmaking.
In the 1971 civil war, Pakistan got some leased F104s from the US and Jordan along with F5 Tigers from Iran. Some of the Starfighters that came from the US still had that star roundel on it and a guy who's uncle flew one said that the he confused many intruding Indian pilots with it.
Canadian sub tree in the british tree would be pretty great to have, could finally get the CF100 and the CF101 voodoo as well as maybe the argus and some trainers
I love my lend lease premium bois, they bring a reliable punch to my Ground rb British tree. I have most of them and got my mark of distinction on at least half.
This is so interesting! The same with the Studebaker's truck frame and the Kastysha rocket system, when ussr soldiers put the Katysha rocket system on top of the Studebaker truck things got perfect
Hey Gaijin, an idea for additional aircraft. The B/24 is one of my favourite bombers, could you please consider adding the consolidated Liberator to the British tech tree? Or perhaps the Flying Fortress? Maybe even the B/25? I’d relish at the opportunity to fly a coastal command Consolidated Liberator in Simulator battles.
I also would love to see that. Especially since the RAF had some Coastal Command B-24's outfitted with a 20mm Hispano gun pack, RP-3 rockets, etc. While regular Bomber Command ones also had some early modifications such as having a quad browning .303 in the tail and dorsal positions. Such a fun aircraft.
Man I am fine with Lend lease in ground arcade and even realistic but lend-lease in sim just ruins it when I gotta worry about the panther dauphine on my team or a TV III
Captured tanks are fine, but other vehicles like the Italian or chinese m18 are harder to identify since the distinct feature is the slight difference in coloration.
I love the music in this video (less "Heavy Metal" and "Rock" and more "Symphony Orchestra" and "choir")! Please use more of this kind of music in future videos.
Why no mention of the real purpose of "Lend-Lease" (in real terms Hire Purchase) which after everything was paid back, made the US the richest country, and US weapon manufacturers the richest in the world
Here in Turkey (Turkiye) we were send many guns by both sides we basically had Panzer 4s and Shermans at the same time I believe it is same with aircraft also please more nations in the game :/

Would there be singapore tech tree? We made our own APCs with Spike ATGMs. We modified leopard 2a4s and rumoured to have 2a7s. We also used phantoms and AMX13s in the past. U could even add our coast guard vessel for Low tier coastal fleet as they are armed with 20mm oerlikon or our own .50cal firing the same 50bmg, the STK 30

Q: Hello Gaijin, may the BETAB-750DS rocket be added to War Thunder? Or is it too unbalanced? Add it to the Il-4. Perhaps Up-Tier it to 3.0-4.0 if it's in the middle of balanced and unbalanced.
I wish we got more captured/lend lease stuff in game like other nations get 262 and the US Panther 2 and UK Panther since France and Russia got there panthers

Better to ask this on a Shooting Range video, specifically the one later this week.
