Beef/Vegetable/Chicken Stock
Dark Soy Sauce
*Vegetables*
Carrots - Shredded
Cabbage - shredded/Julienne
1 bulbGarlic - Julienne
80- 100g Ginger - Julienne
1 Red (bell) Pepper
1Green (bell) Pepper
Spring onions/Scallions to garnish
