AMAZING!!!! Seriously this guy is the best. I bought his book and my son went from a D in science to a B. He has been so excited about science for the first time and it's because of Mr. Spangler. On the weekends his friends come over and we do some experiments with them. Thanks again guys. 8->

Not at all, she just chose that behavior for the comedic effect. You can also see her doing that very often when she's got Kym Douglas in her show - but you can also tell from a lot of videos (with either Kym or Steve) that she actually really enjoys their performances and has a lot of fun. :)

He's a big kid on a science industry sized playground.
The first time Ellen squirts the lady with the ink, it looks like there's a penguin coming out of a pocket or something.
I have seen videos where people said that its better to work without gloves when working with liquid nitrogen because the material can freeze on your skin, but if you pour it on your hand it will start vaporising and it wont hurt you unless you dip your hand in the bowl. Is it true?

@XxusagibunnyxX Reasonably so, yes. Well, how poisonous it is exactly depends on the metal of wires that went into the pickle, but even if it is copper (copper oxide is a poison), i think the concentration from such a short experiment isn't immediately toxic. The electricity itself can't do much more harm than frying it, which does produce a mild cancerogen, but that's only bad in the long run.
