I love watching all these science videos with Steve Spangler and Ellen
Me too
"If not, we run." My chemistry teacher literally says this every time we experiment with new things.
"if not, we run" XD I FEEL SO BAD FOR JEANNIE
Bye Jeannie, I loved working with you haha.
Juan Manuel Riveros you worked withe her?
@@someperson2216 it's what Ellen said at 4:48
Loool
He always asked if it is ama
I love Ellens" im not sure if should trust you" face expression . You cant play it. Fear is in the air .
My God........ We've been feeding lost souls to our children this entire time!
Not really.. the reaction is due to breakdown of potassium chlorate to pot-chloride and oxygen. This breakdown releases huge amount of heat. The heat and oxygen leads the sugar molecules in gummy bears to catch fire. That leads to production of CO2 and water. The gas u see is a mixture of water vapor and carbon di oxide(that's why he said mildly toxic) and the light u see is due to the heat energy released. Gummy bears are not toxic. No need to worry...
Soumyadeep Bag I hope you're not being serious.. I was only kidding about feeding our children lost souls. I know what the reaction is.
Oh cool.. nah.. I thought u were really worried... lol.. anyway... cheers..

I knew it. Steve is a magician. One second the table is fine, the next it's on fire.
I feel like no one else noticed that lol
And then seconds later, no fire
Crhistian Hernandez I didn't think it would evaporate that quick. Probably should of figured since it's fast drying
Huey Kruthas Yeah AGREED.
Jeannie is a cutie :)
She So is! I Love her! ❤️ :)
UR EVERYWHERE!!!:|
You think Jeannie is cute. You should ask her out
She got a ring and she's still so cheerful!.. I need a girl like that!
Anybody else see the fire at 2:01??
yea the girl who said "Did anyone else notice the fire at 2:02 ??!" noticed it a few days before you and posted the comment :)
VanillaCupcakes13 i
Yeah! I was like what the heck!
VanillaCupcakes13 yeah
VanillaCupcakes13 meeee
ellen acts like she doesn't like him haha
she's ... scared hahahahha XD !!
NJAY8/16/08 Haha yeah
Entropi she wouldn't have him on the show if she didn't lol
She likes him but is one of those people who likes to be in control and clearly some of his experiments scare her. She looooves scaring the hell out of God and everyone but she really can't take it back.
Taylor Anstrom well, no, she's afraid in terms of safety. But in scaring someone like going-behind-them-and-jumping-out-screaming type of scaring, she loves it. She's been known to never get scared. Except for that one time with steve carell which she admitted defeat.
He is the most enjoyable and entertaining science guy I have every watched and Ellen is the most funniest person on earth that makes in laugh at a video. You two deserve your people!
isnt it fun! ISNT IT FUN!? ........ IISNNTTT ITT FUNNNN??!?!?!!???!!!!?!!??!!??!!!?
TELL ME ITS FUN!? Or atleast nice, awesome, or cool.
+penguinzs synexuz isn't it fun?!
The way he says it.. It's like shaycarl
In everyone of these segments, Ellen looks like she hates it
Daniel Costello because he said something crazy
Did anyone else notice the fire at 2:02 ??!
I saw it too
Yea I saw it too weird right ?
He shows the audience what it does but they cut that out for RUclips so the video is shorter
Yes I did what was that?
He burned up some ethanol on the table to show the audience how fast it burns up, they cut the part out but you could still see some as it burns up really fast :)
he always has somthing new yay
I love this guy he is AMAZINGLY TALENTED!!!!
He always seems to do so much effort to make whatever he's doing more interesting, I like that about him!
the term "electrocute" means execution (death) by electric shock, "electrified" means receiving an electric shock that is not fatal, so the correct term to use in this situation would be "Steve Spangler Electrifies Jeannie!"
If she was electrocuted she would most likely have died, but it gives more of a intriguing title for publicity.
I was thinking the same thing!
It is not that serious
2:53 Nervous sweaty arm pit alert.
Ha ha ha lol I see
That's why men need to shave.
@@o2cool321 I know I'm late, but not shaving is not gonna change the fact that you can see sweat or not lol. I would never shave cuz its natural
That glowing thing was so awesome!!
why does his entrance always have steve pointing to a "person"
Ellen has no clue what's going on LOL
why can't he be my physics' teacher?
because he wants to chemistry teacher.
Love you so much Ellen every time I feel sad I watch your videos and I feel charged like gini thank you so much
He would be the best science teacher ever!
Noone:
LITERALLY NOONE:
Me: OMG NERVOUS SWEATY ARM PIT 2:53
5;15
That was SHOCKING.
Pun City
EnderHunterEddie Very Punny
5:15
Poor Ellen always seem so nervous when Spangler is here lol! I love science XD
Every science teacher should be as cool as Steve!
That's funny, Jeannie looked just fine afterward. If Mr. Spangler had in fact "electrocuted" Jeannie, she would be dead. Mr. Spangler may have shocked Jeannie or he may have electrified Jeannie but he certainly didn't "Electrocute" Jeannie.
Soulrider2012 they wrote electrocute Jeannie to attract viewers. That title is more appealing then Steve makes Jeannie light a bulb.
Who is watching this in 2016
Nicola Post I AM!!
me
Nicola Post me
Nicola Post me
Meeeeeee
I like this guy he’s very good at his job.
Wow, I love what Ellen said when Steve told her that it is toxic :)
Jeannie is so damn pretty.
Her feet are cute :)
Caleb Taylor You have a fetish.
Caleb Taylor
dude... your friggin wierd...
Ya.. Is she on Instagram..?
Anybody else notice the random fire show up at 2:02
Yes I was wondering what that was
Tangier Dortch
Switch between frames at 2:00 and 2:01, and in one shot he is explaining the scene to ellen holding nothing but the ligher, and in the next shot, hes holding something in his left (our right) hand. So its just different shots, not the same continuous one as they try to make it appear, hence a different visual..
2:43 - *Look at the stage lighting behind to the left! You can see it flicker at the juice grounds and affects the circuit!*
That's why he said it's a back to the future effect. The fire was supposed to happened like that. If you haven't seen back to the future, watch it! It's awesome
Her feet are so cute!
Isnt this awesome isnt it isnt it awesome
He is like a little kid in Toys R Us
Every time he gets out from backstage he always look at the back first😂
2.53 nice sweat patches steve😂✌
Emily Moyns Ahahaha
I saw the same thing I though I only one that saw that😂😂😂😂😂
Lol I thought I was the only one
I don't think that Ellen is enjoying it. She looks kinda scared or worried 0.0
Steve: Now I'm gonna light this on fire!
Ellen: Great.
The thing in the beginning, Looks like a sceen froom a cartoon movie!!! 😍
Did anybody else see the fire burning on the table? 2:02
me
me
yes it is
+KyleeRocks yeah i did i thought i lost it XD
I was looking for this comment... Thank god I'm not going insane
I can't tell if Ellen actually finds this interesting or just humoring the guy. She seems scared. These are pretty common science experiments.
If you've seen her early on, she was a lot more enthused--until she got slightly burned by liquid nitrogen through the protective gloves. Ever since, she's seemed more scared.
Well, I think anybody who's not really used to/not heard of these experiments would get frightened. 50,000 volts of electricity? Dude, I can't even handle 5 volts!
love this guy!
(part 5) Now, remember this was high VOLTAGE. What that means is that the electrons REALLY want to go someplace with a lot lower negative charge (fewer excess electrons, basically). This is why the electrons jumped about an inch through the air to reach the lightbulb (which they normally don't do, because air is a poor conductor, so it takes a lot of energy for them to make the jump). (continued...)
What ever happened to bill nye the science guy?!
He died
bianca benavides
He did?
Wait nvm it had been a hoax.
Bill Nye wasn't even his real name. It was William Sanford Nye. So I guess its... "Bill San the science man!"
He is fine and dandy, not dead, google him
Ellen seems really uninterested and bored whenever he comes onto the show.
If only my science teacher was able to do as many science experiments like this
i love the way he always pretends to be talking to someone when he's called on to the stage
I got to do the first experiment in my Chemistry class!!! It was freaking amazing...
her reaction never changes!
Hence the audience... Business is business, and business must grow!
(part 3) The other important point here is that electrons are all negatively charged. And you might know this already, but negatively charged particles are repelled by other negatively charged particles. Basically, they like to stay far away from one another. So, when they're collecting on an object (like a metal sphere, or Jeannie), they tend mostly to spread out over the surface (because they're father apart that way). (continued...)
He is great !!
The first demonstration makes me want gummy bears...
0:54 , see that MADE IN INDIA written on the flask? Proud
Omg the 1st one is amazing
I love the glow
Steve talks so fast and nonstop like he's not even breathing, it hurts my own jaw just watching it.
i love this guy he is so awesome
these vids are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I knew when Steve was on Ellen.
we dont want to be close so thats why jeanie is going to do it i love that part
Who else keeps seeing me before you on every ad??
I need this book...
so awsome
I am the only one who is watching all of Ellen and Steve episodes in 4:53 AM so cool!!!!!
Ellen be said "Bye Jennie i love working with you" haha.. oooh man!!
Steve is my favorite scientist
This is the type of guy that everyone makes fun of yet the type I love
The force is strong with Jeannie!
Jeannie is so cute, I just want to hug her
When Ellen realizes he's burning her table:
On camera: Ok we're tonna take a break
Off camera: SECURITY!
I CANT STOP WATCHING THESE VIDEOS!! :P
That is so cool!
Steve is the bet kind of nerd. An enthusiastic nerd who knows how to blow things up.
steve: so im just gonna light this on fire
ellen: ... great...
lmao shes excited hahaha =]
Wish he was my science teacher 😜
I love the 1st one
And afterwards he's always clasping his hands with excitement like a kid in an indoor playground.
I love Steves "It should be great...if not, we run" LOL
I love this man. He has a perfect amount of Mad Scientist vibe.
Awesome
i just love Jeanie!!!
i love it when ellen brings him on the show!! and poor jeanie. but it was so awesome!! :)
I like this!
He always seems in a rush but he is pretty cool
awesome
man, i love steve.
At the starting he is like Ellen you are alive!!
"It should work great if not, We run..." XD XD just look at Jeanie`s face when he says that XD
he would be a good teacher for kids.
The gummy bear thing looked so cool
That confetti scared me at home , poor Jeannie .
this is what i loved about high school physics at my school. we got to do this stuff. there was one assessment where I made a thingie that produced 50,000 V using only gravity and water. physics = awesome :)
I Love Steve's experiments. They're So cool! :D 🔬 🔎 💡🔋
And to think people years later doing these same tricks on late night shows
