Typically old homes are the better built homes. They were built better than today's buildings. Of course there was lazy slack asses back then just like today. But as. A rule you can count on old homes to be very well built homes. Around the 70s is when it started to slip up. What is that clip at the intro, who is the music a recording of? It's not oppressor is it?
