I bought one of these and used the basic functions. But this video helped me understand how to better use the tracker. I thought this was well made and informative.
Had one of these for over a year now. Pros: Good battery life, easily syncs (unlike my pos fitbit), charges quickly (less than an hour), does a OK job displaying sleep but fitbiit does it with a better UI and data resolution. Cons: The biggest thing is If you don't sync every day you will no longer record sleep. In order for sleep to track you must sync it every day. If you miss a day then try to view your sleep last night the data won't be there. Also, the display is all but invisible in direct sunlight. It doesn't record heartbeat when physically active (bicycling) even if you cinch the band down tight. Only when you stop does it get a stable enough reading. I don't remember my fitbit having this issue. Time scale axis for sleep is oddly, almost randomly indicated and not accurate. Fitbit is so much better at this. Lastly, not as good looking as a fitbit, looks slightly more crude or FB looks more refined take your pick.
I can also add in that if you wake in the middle of the night and stay awake for an hour or so then go back to sleep and get up at your regular time, it will not record this next sleep cycle. Seems this reviewer took it out of the box and played with it but didn't really use it for any length of time.
@@silviaarebalo7914 I kinda forgot because this was awhile ago but you get the app connect your watch with Bluetooth and then it automaticity changes the time
Does it update your data if you leave your mobile at home .. excuse my ignorance I’ve never used these before and would like one for skipping if possible
Hello, I have a quick question I hoped someone could answer. I bought the tracker mainly for heart rate after a Aafib episode, I didn't care about the fitness aspect. I'm in a wheelchair and curious how it tracks 'steps' in three hours I have done about 700 'steps' when it flashes to move around I wheel around the house. Does anyone know how it is counting the wheeling, just curious. Thanks for the video, I never thought I would get it turned on.
It's simply an accerometer, like every other step counting watch. It simply senses certain arm motions equating to walking. If you wanted to sit in your chair and 'scratch an itch' for 5 minutes, the watch would record that, too. It's not magic, it's a machine that senses movement but hasn't a *clue* what that movement actually is.
This is a very good value. It works well. You do need to be careful when pulling the band off for recharging. Customer service is excellent and very responsive.
Just got a new one. It does take a bit of strength to remove the band and I think it will get easier over time. Just remember to not pull it straight off. There's an instruction card labeled "Dissemble and Charging" in the box.
Love this tracker; I'm already on my second one! Bought my first at Thanksgiving (2 months ago) and when I tried to take it apart to charge it a few days ago, it broke. Any ideas on how to take it apart gently, without breaking it? I was twisting it from right to left, but that didn't work out too well last week.
Actually found a simple solution to the charging issue. A mechanic I know showed me how to turn it over and pull off the strap to charge it. Haven't had a problem since.
Drud, I bought a lot of these for Christmas gifts and just realized from my own smart watch days, absolutely nothing uses Bluetooth 4.0 Nothing I have. Which is why I never could get my own Smart Watch to reliably pair with anything I own at all. I remember fuming about this in great profusion. So great, now how are my recipients going to be able to set the time on these blasted things Some of them don't even have smart phones. So I hope the company wasn't so shht storm stttpd as to make a watch you could not set the time on it using the watch buttons I'm guesses yeah... probably... FAIL.

On the Charging bit the plastic bits have come away from the 4 copper pins. Can I buy a replacement charging bit or have it repaired?
Does it record activity on treadmill separate from other activity?
I am trying to sync my tracker to my phone and it says that it can not pair due to an incorrect pin or passkey. What does that mean
Thanks very informative. Do you know how to replace the battery?
How can I get it to track my under desk elliptical steps

Has to be within .5 meter to pair with device. About 30 ft. after it pairs. //It is really nice.
I got 1 yesterday and it never tracked my sleep and I don’t know why it won’t work with my phone

Not too sure but maybe it’s because it’s fitness tracker and sensitive to movement? It tracks more then step motions

I had afib as well. then i found out on youtube that if you take up to 400 mg of Magnesium 100% chelated it will go away!! look it up.
I was standing in a small boat (RIB) and got thousands of steps……👢👞👟🥾

Does it work with Apple health?
Going to get this for my mom!
With mine, that red light comes on but it doesn't indicate charging

You sure didn't have much to say about the camera function....
Could not understand only half of what you said
I cannot change the time. Your video has no information on the most basic feature.
Thats because the time should automatically synchronise with your phone. There shouldn't be any reason to set it on the tracker.
Mine won't sync with my phone for the time. What am l doing wrong?
