Idk how you do it but even something simple like a work day in my life, the way you shot the video, the angles, the editing, the ad read ( that's legendary), the voiceovers, the cuts. Everything combined just make for an epic video. The quality of your content is top notch. Watching your video is like watching a well created short movie.
UK calling: Adding milk to tea cools it down to the extent that it stops brewing. So get it to full strength and then remove the tea bag before adding the milk. Twinnings is a more upmarket brand which seems to brew slower and those single cup tea bags will also take longer to brew than the larger ones you might have used in the UK, so we're talking a couple of minutes before even thinking about milk. Other comments have suggested Yorkshire Tea (Yorkshire Tea drinkers will take any opportunity to tell you it's the only tea brand worth drinking) but really full sized tea bags (ie not little ones on pieces of string in individual sachets), that were originally intended for use in tea pots but we all use in mugs, from any of the mainstream brands (Yorkshire, PG Tips, Tetley, Typhoo) will be better.
A few tips for a perfect cup of English Breakfast tea. Add the boiling water to the mug with tea bag as soon as its boiled, & leave for a few minutes at least before adding a dash of Semi Skimmed Milk (2% in US). Then when you remove the tea bag make sure to squeeze out every last drop and add more milk if required. Then add sugar or sweetener if desired!
Really can't emphasise the "as soon as it's boiled" bit enough - if the water isn't bubbling vigorously at the moment when you pick up the kettle then put it back on. The hotter the water the more it brews.

Your talk about difficulties with spending quality times with friends is very relatable. I graduated college on May 4th (awesome right?), and most of my friends I left aren’t graduated yet and still busy with school things while I’m job hunting. So it’s not so easy to continue hanging out, but because I like looking on the bright side, that’ll come later.

It's also so expensive, I never used my old one so when it expired I didn't renew it for a couple of years because I only travelled inside Europe anyway 😂
I'm an audio engineer and it's wild how much we have in common with you video cats! The pro's of a flexible schedule and the ability to feel fulfilled when an artist is happy with the result far outweigh the con's of business admin and dealing with record labels. I can totally relate to needing a beverage while working. Throughout the day, I usually rotate between coffee (often 1 from my Nespresso machine and/or 1 or 2 from my drip machine), Red Bull Zero, Coke Zero, and either water or Vitamin Water Zero (I'm a type 1 diabetic, hence all the "Zeros").

I have to ask, cause I feel like I notice many similarities in your story telling but, is one of your RUclips inspirations Bestdressed (Ashley)? When I watch your videos they feel like a spiritual successor, in the vein of love letter re-imagining of highly regarded movie that also is highly regarded in its own right. Not sure if you'll see this or answer but I think it would be cool to even learn who were some of the RUclipsrs you looked at for inspiration as well as learned from. Loved the workflow part, you really go in depth and that's something you see way less in these types of videos. I def wanna see more videos like that, with the other parts of the process. And you're very right ab the color grading, it is great and it is IMO very "signature you". I think without thinking it was just what i thought NYC looked and that you mostly film on sunny days😂but looking back on it i think i can tell that there's a lot of care behind it.
