He's just on vacation, so he'll be back anyway. Therefore it doens't matter if he contacts you during his vacation or not. And being in "the friend zone" is rather a positive sign since it doesn't really exist in this case. Friend zone with an ex=dating in your own kind of way.

Girlfriend of 3 1/2 years, broke up with me in January. Been trying to work on myself as a person, work on the problem which caused the relationship to fall. Problem is that I am not over her AT ALL. No matter what I do, as hard as I try to have no contact, anything. We share 2 dogs as well. So every time I see her "while its dog related" its just heartbreaking knowing we aren't together, and she seems to be moving on without any problem. She's dated someone, and shes been posting stuff on social media in the direction that her dating inst going so well. I can't engage with a female even while I am single, without feeling wrong for not telling them I'm not truly over my ex-girlfriend. To them I probably look like the biggest idiot, but i'm being honest and true to myself. I cant hide those types of feelings because it bothers me if im not honest. Trust was the main issue as to why she broke up with me. I never completed opened up to her from the beginning about how my dating was before we met. I was always self conscious of myself, never thought I was good looking, overweight ect. But once we were dating everyone I knew would say "wow how did she end up with you". That kind of stuff hurt me, but I was pretty good at hiding it. It got to the point where I became shady and started secretly messaging other girls seeing what they might think of me, now that I am with this beautiful girl. I never intended on physically cheating on my gf ever! I understand its still cheating if it isn't physical. I did it more for the response I would get from the other female of what they thought of me. My ex caught me several times, but I was always denying it. My mind was telling me to stop doing it, but there was an addiction that triggered and I kept doing it. When I finally admit to her the truth about it, she thought it was all bullshit and she didn't want to hear it. I don't want to even talk to other females that's how emotionally connected I am to my ex. My emotions build up to the point where I would have a random outburst of emotions where I would message her, and tell her how sorry I am. I know i shouldn't be doing this, I've been doing good for a while. She ends up just telling me to get over it. I just don't know what to do anymore. Me and her still have the dogs together which makes this much harder.

Wow, I never thought I'd be looking up a video like this. And yet here I am, only 3 months into my first relationship and she just broke up with me tonight. I honestly need help, I need advice. What is the success rate for your clients using the no contact rule on getting their ex back?? Is the average time like threes weeks for the ex to come back? Also a psychic straight up told me “your ex is not coming back”. I feel like I shouldn’t believe them because the signs are there.
