Thanks a lot , post ACL refactoring I was really disappointed in 2nd week when I was not able to straight inspite of me trying to keep it straight on bed , but your video saved me , I only did 20mins with 12 breaks , but now I am lying down with my knee touching down , thanks a lot , I am going to try to do it 60 mins onwards everyday

Same here 😭😭😭 how’s your knee doing now? This is me going in 1month
My surgeon suggested a double sided oven mitt with weights in each pocket working well to straighten my knee 3weeks after TKR
And if the pain is high, you still do it?
