    The issue with the operations on leviathan I've noticed is, they wait for the ENTIRE previous train of passengers to leave the station before opening the gates for the next set of people. The gates should be open as soon as the restraints are unlocked to speed up the previous people getting of as a form of peer pressure. That's what they do in the US and also on Green lantern sometimes and it speeds up operations significantly, Why they don't do it it here beats me

    • @ThemeParkOgre
      @ThemeParkOgre  Год назад +1

      I know right! The way they do it is pretty crazy. Village Operations mixed with a badly designed (operations wise) station due to the lead up & preshow has created an operations Sloth of dramatic proportions 😅 I hope they can improve it.

    • @jokerface20
      @jokerface20 Год назад

      @Theme Park Ogre you're right. A simple opening gates earlier would speed it up and probably get another 3 trains pers hour. Better than what it is now🤷‍♂️

    Hey ogre, it’s me again, but do you know why they ended up removing the bridge and that stuff from out the front of jet rescue, because I knew something used to be there and I realised that was there, do you know webu

    • @ThemeParkOgre
      @ThemeParkOgre  Год назад

      Hey! I'm honestly not too sure. I don't really remember how it used to look, to be honest. I think there might have been a Pirate Ship ride on the other side? I hope they utilize it all again in the future. Lots to fix at Sea World!

    • @MSE_Spirit
      @MSE_Spirit Год назад

      @@ThemeParkOgre I did some research on the older rides of the park and found that that was were sea viper was, so after it closed in 2011 they removed the bridge as no one could go on the path anymore😁😃

      @@MSE_Spirit Ah yes, Sea Viper! I forgot about that. Hope they do something with that area in the future!

    its wired that the monorail has not been operating for a long time and they haven't removed it, and most of the old rides has not been removed, seaworld has do better then that

    • @ThemeParkOgre
      @ThemeParkOgre  Год назад

      Having three closed attractions just sitting there (Monorail, Log Flume & Cinema) isn't a great look at all Here's hoping they get to replacing them now that New Atlantis is open!

    How long does it take to queue up for Leviathan?

    • @ThemeParkOgre
      @ThemeParkOgre  Год назад

      Depends on how busy the park is. On the day we visited it was about 30 minutes, in a pretty quiet queue. When we exited the ride it was much bigger, and probably at least an hour. With more efficient operations it could be so much shorter!

    I know it's hard, but for your next update video about the meet and greets at Dreamland, can you bring towels to have Wags and Dorothy blow their noses (one blue for Wags, and one white for Dorothy) also, either character will do if one is there

    • @ThemeParkOgre

      @@ThemeParkOgre Okay, and by the way, the new meet and greets are at the Dreamland Theater at Dreamworld every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, I hope you can film it today at 1:10PM and upload it at 5:31PM, first, check to see if Wags and Dorothy are in there doing the meet and greet, then you can film it and try to have Wags and Dorothy blow their noses into the blue and white towels, good luck

    Trident has the worst operations of any ride on the Gold Coast. So slow loading and unloading. The leviathan has to wait for the cinematic to finish before launch which slows it down.

    • @ThemeParkOgre
      @ThemeParkOgre  Год назад

      I didn't ride it this visit, but I timed one of Trident's dispatches and it was about 12 minutes. That's crazy!

  • @johncollits9591
    @johncollits9591 Год назад

    I went in January and I saw the leviathan but didn't ride it. It looks to fast and shakey I saw the trident working and the vortex all three rides at one time. I think wearing the log ride was get rid of all the bad parts and put a new similar water ride. I love Nickelodeon land.

    • @ThemeParkOgre
      @ThemeParkOgre  Год назад

      I'd reccomend giving Leviathan a try next time. It's such a fun ride! Here's hoping they replace the Log Flume soon!

  • @kyliedennan3243
    @kyliedennan3243 Год назад

    jbtw i gotta say the levithan was fun dont get me wrong but i would not recomend it for children
    it may cause some chest pain because of the speed and the big drop is a bit stomache renching
    but aslong as your tall enough you should totally give it a go

    @ghost32578 Год назад +1

    I have to agree with you both trident and leviathan have awful operations. Tbh i think it was a mistake putting trident at seaworld it should have been something that can operate in high winds

    • @ThemeParkOgre
      @ThemeParkOgre  Год назад

      Yeah, Trident probably wasn't a good idea in retrospect due to the location. The cycles for it were about 10+ minutes, which is awful!

    I think trident shouldn't be there it should be a log flume or a water ride wait they have a log flume that they could just open up but they don’t I need to know what’s going on over that bit

    • @ThemeParkOgre
      @ThemeParkOgre  Год назад

      Yeah, Trident probably wasn't the best ride choice for the area. Hope the park gets a water ride, soon!

    The new wooden roller coaster visually just looks so disappointing. The bland brown wood color just doesnt pop at all. It looks dull and unfinished. Sea world has really made some poor choices over the years.

      It rides fantastically and has some great theming, plus the lighting package at night is excellent.
