As much as I love the POVs, the only way it works is if employees are trained to figure out what are and aren’t safe mounts and check them to make sure they are properly secured. Which would definitely impact load times. Imagine if a RUclipsr caused an injury on a ride with an improperly mourned camera, it would have a disastrous impact on theme park RUclipsrs as a whole
@@dillflynn Yes but if Shaun rocks up at your park you know he’s going to use a safe mount, and also if your a ride op and you don’t know who Shaun is why are you even a ride op if you aren’t an enthusiast

The ice skating rink building used to be an arcade but they now use the space for Fright Nights! The last maze in there was the IT maze!
Very clever the park let’s you film a few POV’s and provides a few themselves. I didn’t mind the POV’s that weren’t yours. Really great vlog and park. So happy for you guys

You guys give a great insight on the rides I’ve been on the DC Rivals ride a couple times and trust me it never disappoints (except for the long wait times) my mum hated me the entire day she screamed the entire duration of the ride 😂😂😂
that locomotive on Wild West falls actually used to be a ride called SeaWorld express. it was a small railway that ran around SeaWorld in the 70s. after the attrition closed the surviving locomotive stayed in the park as a photo OP until it was moved to Wild West falls around 5 years ago. so at one time it was a real working loco

I was at that park about a week ago and I'm 14, and I decided to do the superman coaster. We got a proxy time and came back later for reasons I won't say on here but once I was on the coaster I remember people screaming as we went around the slow parts before the acceleration. Superman speaking to you was intresting to see because my version said, "Don't worry folks, I'll get you out of this mess but its going to be fast, so put your heads back.. superman fast." and then it accelerates to its max speed.
Great to hear Charlotte have more to say. We love the Gold Coast and have been buzzing to watch these vlogs.

It was such a thrill to see you guys finally make it to Australia's best theme park, WB Movie World. A couple of bits of trivia for you (not that there's much theme park trivia that you don't already know, and you probably already know this too, but just in case): That big building that houses the Junior Driving School was originally the Looney Tunes River Ride, an absolutely brilliant dark boat ride filled with Looney Tunes animatronics. When they retired the ride they converted half of the building to Junior Driving School and the other half for back-of-house maintenance and storage purposes. Scooby Doo was originally the Great Gremlins Adventure, with the buildings repurposed for Scooby. And finally, while on the subject of show buildings (which I know Shaun has an interest in), over at Sea World the building used for Storm Coaster's station and run-out scene was originally the show building for Lassiter's Lost Mine Ride and then Bermuda Triangle. Both were incredible world class dark rides
I used to love the Batman ride that was like the Star Tours simulator rides where the Justice League 3D ride is now. I wish they kept it instead. The Loony Tunes river ride was great too.
Yes that's right regarding Justice League - the Hall of Justice used to be the Wayne Manor library, the Batcave became the loading station, and the building that housed the Batman simulators is now where the main ride portion of Justice League takes place. I personally prefer Justice League as I love themed dark rides, but I know a lot of people preferred Batman as they found it more exciting. One of the issues for Justice League is that they had to fit the ride into a relatively small space so were limited with what they could do with it. I agree with you regarding the river ride and was devastated when it was replace with Junior Driving School. It was one of the most immersive rides in the world

It's such a shame they never updated Bermuda Triangle, it was an awesome dark ride that would still be able to be a crowd pleaser.
Imagine it with the animatronics parks are capable of producing now.

Hi Shawn, & Charlotte, looks like your both having an awesome time, down under. I visit often, from the UK, as i have family there ( Sydney ) but haven't done the parks at the Gold Coast since 2015, nice to see the parks investing in some new great coasters. I'll have to get back up there, at some point, to ride these. Superman Escape is a great ride! Have fun! Let us know if your going to do a jetboat ride, out on the harbour, when you get to Sydney, it's worth it!

The DC Rivals hypercoaster is making me more excited for #ProjectExodus
Amazing trip, guys. I lived in Australia for 7 years, promoting and touring djs and artists. I have also been lucky to visit Singapore and Japan, but my favourite place where I lived was Perth Auz. Fun fact I was touring with a Techno band Ultrasonic, I called the park in Brisbane, and they gave us full free entry and guided tour. They really looked after us, so kind and friendly the ausses are.
It's great to see you're adding some coaster stats, hight and speeds, etc, perfact 👌.
Both of you have a fantastic trip. Just watch out for the black widow spiders down south 😀only joking. Just don't leave your shoes out over night!
Can't wait to see the footage from Sydney. I am guessing it'sr Luna Park.
Make sure you both do the Sydney harbour boat trip, its amazing lifetime experience✨️👍...Enjoy....👊

yes nice rides and going backwards was different . the wild west ride was a good ride and its good to see it again because a few years ago there was an accident were some one got killed and they nearly had shut the park down.
Gotta say a massive thankyou to the park for allowing you to film on a few rides and giving you fast passes makes the day even better for you and us watching,so was the superman pov not your pov I was a bit confused(not hard)what a great job those stunt drivers have,loved this place looked awesome🙂👍

Cheers & thanks for sharing this video & adventure, really enjoyed video and look forward in future for more videos & clips. Loved the floats & interactions aswell between characters especially both Joker & Batman as its very genuine to the characters when it comes to the two as The Joker is really like that in some movies & tv shows. Really crazy & good job on the actors there for that especially actor playing Joker he is the one that stood out more for me. Nice selection of coasters here, have seen the Superman one before on I think Theme Park Review? Or a few others? But overall good pov on that, love it where it goes through the building, does by the way lack theming in that part which I think could do bit more with maybe theming of destructive bits? Like wall been broken into & maybe fire effects around? Loved the big Joker sign on DC Rivals Hypercoaster, looks epic and nice to see POV on front of train aswell backwards, so thanks for that. Love by the way on Superman where it looks like he is pushing you around circuit, thats brilliant. Stunt show was ok, but then again did just bits of it, maybe one day see full show in person? Or if not can try and find full version on RUclips somewhere? But cheers for video, really enjoyed and look forward in future to seeing more. 😀👍

Went here last week and DC rivals was Freaking awesome, i can agree with some Blackout moments but the forces are incredible and i do agree the Backwards seat makes the experience twice as enjoyable, one of the best coasters I've ridden

Valhalla at BPB has a member of staff for the turntable section. The system automated (as I used to thought). They have a member of staff but use CCTV to watch the turntable hence why you never see them

Great theming in the park. Another water ride for Charlotte. That geyser was a bit of a shock for her. 😂.
Superman Escape and Green Lantern looked good a well. My grandchildren would have loved Kids Zone especially the driving school.
Hollywood Stunt Driver was similar to the driving show they had in Disney’s Hollywood Studios many years ago but like you said with less vehicles.

You compared the log flume to Rio Bravo and if you see at 19:03, the log flume says Rio Bravo at the top!
That big white ibis type bird that Charlotte filmed walking near the queue for a ride are referred to as "Bin Chickens". Glad you both enjoyed Warner Brothers Movie World.

Members of staff around water rides are Very common in the US, since White Water West is a US company its most likely a manufacturer requirement. Other White Water West boat rides in Foreign countries also have this

Try outback time it’s a dinner and show delicious food. Great drinks, there’s horses the helicopter and is kind of a love triangle out in the bush. Plus you get to learn a bit of the culture at the start 😁😊

You guys missed a trick there should have done a rider cam POV on the backwards seat on DC Rivals Hyper coaster
Important for visitors to know that unless you pay over $100 for fast passes on top of your ticket, in peak holiday times you may only get on a handful of rides if you are lucky.. often waiting two hours for some rides .
Some of the queues were busy however in the afternoon DC Rivals got down to 40 minutes and Superman 20 which was great!
I can definitely see MP Germany replacing the old NY Transformer Top Spin 1 with that cool Doomsday Intamin flatride ❤
