Watching today in cold , wet Scotland and I was having the late great and very much missed Paul H. vibes, It was the rain soaked yet understated delivery. Please keep up the good work.
Brother, you don’t need to flex like other content creators. I visit, consume, and enjoy your content because it’s concise. I don’t always agree with your personal opinions but I respect and appreciate the relevant information you provide. Thanks for the work!
I was trying to convey your experience at the beginning of the video. I’ve watched multiple hours of your content and in my opinion you’re a solid shooter. Other creators need 2 min intros of them burning down targets. And appreciate that you left the segment in.
As soon as I saw you hitting way high on the steel, I 100% knew the sights were off. How did I know that? I've watched the channel off and on for years and you have become one hecks an excellent marksman. It happens, but I must admit I'm kinda surprised to see this from BUL. Great video GB, thanks man.
Thank you for your trust and observations. I spike with BUL Armroy about it, and as I've experienced with other companies this was an early sample sent so that I could have a thurd-party review ready when the guns became available. This happens sometimes when a small batch is made in advance and protocols have to be adjusted, or the ATF mucks with the guns during inspections. I don't fault BUL Armory, and it highlighted the advantage of the adjustable sights!
Thx Graham!!! Most people need to understand that most threats are not a 6 inch plate 30-50 yrds away!!! It is alot closer than that!!! Most Micro CCWS are just fine at danger range!! Appreciate you Guy!!
100% AND why would anyone carry a high cost weapon that could end up in a locker for years if used in a self defense event. There are $300 - $500 options that work just as well in self defense situations. Both in micro and sub compact or compact size 9 mm. M&P plus, Taurus GX4, Mete series, P365 etc. the Bul is beautiful but I would not edc it. Same for my $1600 CZ P01.
@@maybe5883if my life depends on a rare situation where a fraction of a second could be the difference, I want what works best for me. The legal, civil, and psychological issues that would follow using a weapon in that “much less than once in a lifetime situation” make the cost of the gun being locked up absolutely trivial. Anyone who shoots regularly spends so much more on ammunition every year than on a premium gun, it seems silly not to carry what you like.
Great review, you're an honest person. That's hard to find these days. Don't know why but I stopped getting notices of new videos. Anti 2A algorithms I'm sure. God bless you brother!
Thank you for sharing this excellent video. Bul Armory 2011 magazines are better engineered than Staccato s. It's unfortunate that Staccato has had some concerning issues with the pistol magazines reliability., attempts to fix the issue have resulted in less magazine capacity. Thank you again for sharing your knowledge on the Bul Armory products. Bul Armory manufactures a stellar 2011 style pistol. What a beautiful area of Oregon. Have a great day and thank you again for sharing your excellent videos 🎄❄️🙏
If you just wait for it to be in stock you may never get one. The full review has instructions on how to get your hands on one. Demand far outpaces supply.
FYI: I’m in the same boat. I did see that Bul announced a new integral comped barrel (along with existing ports) in a new Pro model coming out in 2025. Not sure if that is my cup of tea, but I’m sure it’s a good time!
I want this with a 4” barrel. For me carrying in the waistband I find a bit extra slide and barrel helps keep the pistol against the body. Also, I know there are faster burning powders optimized for short barrel lengths, but I still like a bit extra barrel for ballistic performance. I’ve heard you can have BUL fit one of these newer compact grips to one of their longer slide and barrel pistols (they sell the grips on their website), but it would be nice to have the option straight from the factory.
@robertkeller9828 unless you've already done that before because repeating something would be...practice 😉. That's why I do my best to seek training from as many outlets as possible. So far I've tried ITTS, Front Sight, CENTER-T, Thunder Ranch, Sentinel Concepts, Guardian Conference, USCCA, and Valhalla Firearms Training classes
Nice video coverage depicting both you & the target! The other you-tuber (sootch00) that reviews guns can learn a thing or two from you. Guess he likes people looking at his face while he shoots the pistol he’s reviewing 😂
Enclosed dots are a thing. I’ve done full day courses in the rain without issue. EPS Carry would go well with that. Are those sights elevation adjustable? Edit: you answered, thanks!
@ totally fair to have preferences, just mentioning it as it is a way to mitigate the issue. I would be interested in seeing how the newer optic system Bul added to these works out. Of the negatives I’ve read of the previous model that was the most reported problem. This should be better, in theory.
I think the link bit me in the butt, but BUL has every EDC and TAC variant in stock, and the UL, as of 12/11. Only thing not in stock is the unreleased UL Pro.
Great as always.sir, please at least test the sights before starting shooting as you have set high standard of precision and i cannot tolerate that the hazard of the gun becomes blame for you.please do consider.Tnx.
@noorrahman96 I figure if folks are mislead by absolute first shots, then they're likely also mislead by the faked highlight reels of other channels and so likely not mature enough for this channel anyways. I know my methods are part of why the channel is small, but it's small bevause unfortunately so is the pool of intelligent people.
@@bourjuva but why waste money on the CS that costs more, has left features, and loses on paper? And why spend money with a company that prefers "influencers" over journalists? I don't know about you, but that makes me doubt a company.
You were subscribed for 7 months and never learned that 1. RUclips does not permit mentioning prices, accuses the channel of trying to sell and shuts them down. 2. I always have full specs in the full reviews which are always the pinned comment.
Sorry, I just had to come back one more time. You prefer to get information as important as specs from RUclips over the manufacturer? Are you sure you were a GBGuns subscriber?
@Scooterdude01 I don't know, I don't make up the rules but I've had videos deleted and even a channel strike for mentioning prices. YT accuses me of "facilitating the sale of a regulated good". That, plus the fact that prices change are why I don't mention them in videos but do include them in the full review.

Great video as usual Sir - GLB
Thank you
Thank you. I’ve wanted a 3.5 inch 2011 and didn’t know which to get. Now I know.
This is 3.25, but a great gun.
That zoom function has me drooling just as much as the BUL!

Thanks for the video nice Bul. By reasonably skilled you mean a damn good shooter with an insane level of training haha be well.
If it ain't rainin', You ain't trainin'! 😅
@RedlegRay66 I was wondering if someone was going to say that. Thank you!
PRACTICE....Training involves alot more total body and mental commitment than shooting holes in paper or ringing a slab of steel.

I still prefer irons for a carry gun. Thanks Graham; been considering a 1911-ISH thingy for carry; this is looking pretty good!
It looks snappy 😮
At around triple the price, how does this compare to the EAA 395035 Girsan WITNESS 2311 3.4 Officer?

@Murphy82nd the BAO mounting system is solid. I've used it and discussed it on other models, I just leave dots to range guns
@@GBGuns great, I’ll check out some of the other videos.
My UL was identically as high as yours out of the box. My 4.25 TAC on the other hand, was "dead on balls accurate!"
Miss Vito you may step down. Mmm
Your videos are good to watch to see if a pistol will work in water😝
As someone who takes defense seriously I shoot in all weather because self defense doesn't just happen on beautiful days

Between this, the Alpha Foxtrot S15, and the Staccato CS… which one..
That's an easy pick for me. Which companies are reviewed by "influencers" and which companies are unafraid of a GBGuns review?
I always did wonder why Bul put an adjustable rear sight on a purpose made concealed carry gun. Seems like an odd choice

YT deleted my comment when I said the R word. Just saw it was posted a week ago there...
