Hi mam....I tried the chips today...definitely came out much better than my multiple attempts in the past. However, I need one help. I feel i have exactly followed the instructions you have given but after sometime some of the Chips turned soft in the centre. A few of these only though...where could I be going wrong? Does incorrect thickness of the chips be the reason for it? Thanks in advance

It would be better to wash the bananas before peeling..because inside it is all clean .. it will save much time also in wiping it dry.
just as we eat ripe bananas.. it will minimise water effect while frying.
