- Today in our village, we make Kerala's special Nendran banana ships recipe by using raw Nandran bananas. Nendran is one of the types of bananas which bests for making chips.
Typically, banana ships are made with coconut oil so we use traditionally made coconut oil to make this banana chips recipe!
The taste is Crispy!

one thing I learned is that turmeric+salt water poured directly in the HOT oil!! Never knew it was possible :) Great technique to transfer both salt and turneric/color to the chips. I bet this is a patentable Indian technique of cooking :)
