Very helpful, I tried it today and it was successful. Instead of pouring water in oil I mixed salt ,turmeric and water in banana slices and then spread then for a while to dry on newspaper . And then put them in oil, safe and tasty as well.. Thank you so much for

Try to add salt water in chips while Frying. And chips will be crispy for longer period
1 St you have to dry the bananas in sun rays for 4to 5 hrs then you have to dip in hot oil
