My friend that has nothing to do with the South Point ownership. The owners of Grandview own a couple of these condo Resorts in Vegas. We have stayed at all of them. Grandview is cool. But their best location is The Cliffs. They have 1 & 2 bdrms there. You can get one night to several ! Most of these are Timeshares. These are owned by vacation village resorts. This is timeshares that you can also rent out for vacation. That whole place is all timeshares but just like all the other timeshare condos in Vegas. They rent them out when the timeshare people are using them or the units that are not owned by timeshare people.
