Excellent! I love finally seeing some variety in the product selection of this space. It appears to be a rolled product, which seems like it would be easier to install. Just cut the roll to the height you need before you open it up, attach it to the hot tub, run it around the hot tub, then cut it to the length you need. Last step would be to conceal the seam (and it would only have one seam!). Somebody buy this and report your thoughts. I am specifically curious about the durability. With a rolled product it would have to be inherently flexible...so thinner material. Might be a little more susceptible to buckling in temperature extremes. Let's hear what others have to say. I have the exact same hot tub and replaced all of the exterior panels with composite ply board I got at Home Depot of under $200.00 and it looks as good as your $900.00 kit. I then painted it for another $30.00.

Would love to see pictures of your project, if you are able to share. Also, if you used composite, why did you paint it? Composite materials can just be washed when they look dingy...no need for paint.
Thanks for such a great vid!! Some people are saying the kit start fading and warping after a couple of months due to the sun. Do you think this may be due to poor installation. How is your holding up ?
Interesting. I haven't experienced fading personally. Mine has held up well and still looks as you see it in the video. It has been over a year since I installed it. Perhaps others who have had the kit longer can chime in with their experience here. The materials will expand and contract with changes in temperature & humidity. I left gaps between the panels to allow for this. If the panels are installed without expansion gaps, I would 100% expect the cabinet to buckle and pucker. Thanks for your comment/question @rbx10

Where did you get the trim between the composite and the acrylic shell? It looks like aluminum. You didn’t talk about that. Is that a wood painted? Thanks
I need to do this to mine. It’s an old jacuzzi model. The sides are all the same flexible 1-1/2” vertical strips attached (glued?) to a thin plastic backing. The plastic back is getting cracked and the wood is showing it’s age. I’ve been looking for a cost effective solution. Possibly foam backed canvas segments with grommets made like boat covers or even solid plastic sidewalls cut from plastic barrels. Or…. Rebuilding the original
I feel your pain, @ehRalph. If I could have found some inexpensive 1 1/2" composite strips, I would have just applied that all the way around and saved myself a ton of $$. To my surprise, I had difficulty sourcing this material. If you or others reading this find a composite material that would be suitable for this type of use, please share it here in the comments.

But if you follow the product link in the description, you can relay that question to the vendor directly. I can say that the kit is designed for hot tubs measuring 96"x96" or smaller. So as long as your hot tub falls into that category, the size of each individual panel is "big enough." ;-) I hope that helps.

The hot tub came with some ~1" square stock to transition between the fiberglass tub and the cabinet. I replaced the rotten sections and wrapped it in angle aluminum (aka L-channel). I siliconed the seam between the fiberglass tub and the aluminum in order to achieve zero wood surfaces to maintain a finish on. If you go to my video on "Bending Angle Aluminum" you'll see what I mean.
