    I would say to combine some of these advantages is really good. Using positional advantages in combination with either of the previous 2 can get you in a really good position for a drive to a layup or pass it out, or attract more defenders.

    I used to blow by people like crazy. I lost it. Why? Cuz I got from 145 to 190.
    It’s very important to be lean. You don’t need to be shredded, 7% body fat, veins all over your arms. But you need to be 15% max, the sweet spot for most athletes is 9-13%

    • @ry_an.
      @ry_an. 8 месяцев назад +1

      You’re not Kyrie
      Practice your fluidity with handles and footwork

    • @iviake3241
      @iviake3241 7 месяцев назад

      Work on your handles everyday, don’t compare yourself to Kyrie. Watch film on Kyrie, take his moves, but your not him. The thing about aesthetics is that you define what art is, be *confident* in yourself and know that you have your own aesthetic way of playing, just keep working

      On to the next game, mistakes will happen but you have to use them to learn, grow and then move on. Otherwise you just won’t be confident. Don’t focus on anything else external like your parents or teammate’s view of you, have a focus on winning and learning from each play. Don’t dwell on anything

    Offense always has an advantage in basketball, because they make a decision first and defense reacts
