What's the color yellow you're using for the orbiter, or what video setting configuration in game ?? Or maybe it is a filter on the video, but I cannot seem to get that glow you have in the yellow lines in the back center of your arsenal.

Harrow has a lot of window opportunities for shieldgating and invulnerability with his 1st and 4th ability plus rolling guard as long as you maintain his energy with his 3rd so it will be capable of scaling to lvl cap.
its relay up to you for instance my go to for harrow is dual tox with secondary fort scales quite well into level cap gotta bring wyrm prime tho cuz status procs hurt

u just answered your own question i run pillage so I can recharge my shield for my second ability and armor strip

why primed pistol gambit? isn't covenant + avenger can get you to like 95% crit already?

Make your way through the quest. You’ll get there eventually. It’s cool and all but personally I like staying in space
Keep doing the quests, as you complete them, you can change between your orbiter and this one at will
