Sry, missed a thing or two, will Russia be qualified as ROC or we are completely banned as a fencing team?
Russian and Belarusian fencers have only been allowed to compete as independent athletes providing they have no clear military affiliations. Russian and Belarusian teams have not been allowed in team events.
