also, i have error "Flash sparsecrclist error" so i found sulition to add REM before the lines of crclist and sparsecrclist.
the flash finish with an error of crclist. but restart to miui successfully .

So when it comes to Mi 11, what is your recommendation? Buy the Chinese rom version and then flash it with the global version as you have explained here or buy the global version as advertised by these online retailers (not sure if the device comes with a pre-installed global rom from the factory or if these retailers actually flash the global rom on top of the Chinese rom). Also does Google pay work on the global rom?
It will depend on your budget, The only downside for the Flashed ROM, Mobile Banking apps will not work until you have a safetynet pass installed. You have to ask the retailer if it is the official Global version or the Chinese ver with Flashed ROM

at 9:50 when you said there was an error but it was fine and you suggested to carry on, so what did we do on the software exactly ? just leave it there and unplug USB and reboot the phone ? or the MIUI will reboot itself automatically ?
Once the phone reboot itself, you are OK to close the software and let the phone boot up
My man, you are a genius. This is by far the most easy-to-follow flashing tutorial. For weeks I've been watching other videos on how to flash but I was so confused.
But after seeing your videos. I managed to successfully flash my Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 from China ROM to Global ROM without any errors. I was sketptical to do this at first but after Google Play services stopped working on my phone, I was kinda forced to flash my phone. But fear got the better of me and I was so desperate enough that I was even planning on buying another Xiaomi phone just to avoid flashing, but thanks to you, I ended up flashing my phone successfully and saved the time and cost of buying a whole new phone.

My lines looked different 12.0.9 (2.4GB). There was just some resemblance between the lines and my lines, I deleted them, still error.

stuck at cannot receive hello packet. Phone in edl mode, reboot and still stuck, every method has been tried, except using heatgun and bypass with wires.

Once you unlock the bootloader, Don't lock it if you have a different ROM to the one which came in the phone as this will brick your phone.

Great tutorial. I am still using the original chinese ROM that comes with the phone, just change the language to english. So far the phone is working fine..., OTA update works too (just upgraded to MIUI 12.5.4). Google Play works too.. Trying to hold-off flashing to different ROM if possible... it has been 2 weeks now without issue.Wish me luck.
Chinese version works better if you can work round it, another advantage it get updated very often.

Once you flash the Global ROM all the Chinese apps will be removed and you get playstore however banking apps and android pay will not work since the bootloader have been umlocked

if you are switching from one region to the other you have to format data which will delete all your files, however if you are updating the ROM you can keep all your file

i'm flashing on an ultra mi 11 from rom CN to Global but it's been almost 1h and it's still not over. The bootloader is already unlocked and my pc is very strong so I don't know what might be happening...No miflash shows that it's still in progress hasn't given any error yet. What can it be?
Something has definitely gone wrong, the whole process shouldn't take more than 20 min. I would suggest restarting the whole process again.

You have a China Rom, Global Rom and a Europe ROM.
Chinese ROM comes with Chinese Apps and No Playstore only support English and Chinese Language. Global ROM comes with Playstore and Multilanguage but you have to unlock the bootloader to install and Banking Apps not working. Xiaomi.eu ROM is based on the Chinese ROM but with Playstore, Multilanguage with SafetyNet Pass

I am staying in China since 3 yrs. I bought Redmi Note 7A in China 2 yrs back. All google apps working fine with Vpn.
Now, I bought new mobile Redmi Note 11 5G, just 2 days back (MIUI 12.5.4). It's not at all allowing to open Google apps including play store.
So I am decided to convert this device to Global ROM by following these 2 videos. Now, I need your valueble suggestions on below point.
Should I proceed directly on this new Redmi Note 11 mobile or should I return back this mobile and buy Vivo or Honor? Does those mobiles also have same problem in Chinese ROM or will they allow google apps without flash?

Any chinese device you buy will have some sort of restrictions using Google services, but Xiaomi is more popular and easier to find instructions about unlocking the bootloader and flashing the ROM than vivo or Honor.
