ആദ്യം ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു പണി സ്വന്തം ചെയ്തതിന് ഒരു സല്യൂട്ട്... !
1. നിങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞത് കോൺക്രീറ്റ് എന്നാണ്, അതല്ല, അതിന് പരുക്കൻ എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. എം സാൻഡ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നല്ല തരി ഉള്ള മണൽ വേണം. പി സാൻഡ് കൊള്ളില്ല (പൊട്ടൽ വരും)
2. ഈ പറഞ്ഞ പരുക്കൻ ഇട്ട്‌ ഡ്രൈ ആവുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് കളർ ഇടണം (ഡ്രൈ ആയിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു ചെയ്താൽ കാവി പൊളിഞ്ഞു പോകും)
3. ഒരു വിധം ഉണങ്ങി കഴിഞു, തേപ്പ് കത്തി കൊണ്ട് നന്നായി മിനുക്കണം, അപ്പോൾ കളർ കൂടും.
4. വൈറ്റ് സിമന്റ് ചേർത്താൽ കളർ കൂടും പക്ഷേ കാക്കക്കാൽ വീഴും (നനയുമ്പോൾ ചിലന്തിവല പോലെ പൊട്ടൽ കാണുന്നതിനാണ് കാക്കക്കാൽ എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്)
5. കാക്കക്കാൽ/പൊട്ടൽ ഉണ്ടാകാതെ ഇരിക്കാൻ "മാർബിൾ പൌഡർ" ചേർക്കണം. Kg. 40 Rs. ആണ്.
6. 2 or 3 mm കനത്തിൽ ഇടണം, നല്ലത് 5mm ആണ്, എന്നാലേ rub ചെയ്ത് പോളിഷ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റൂ.

My house has black oxide flooring, still in good condition after 73 years. Made in 1947, before advent of modern cement, polishing machines etc. Then the workers used smooth river stones to polish the floor.

Better mix in an old paint can with lid. Add 1/2 kg of marble powder to mix Shake hard for 5 minutes.
After that pass through fine kitchen sieve..and then you will get excellent mixing.
