Hey there, I have a question, about your back bridge Pro. The program cover flexibility but what area? I would like to get my hip, hamstring, shoulder, and spine, but will the program offer that? Or is it just focus mainly on Backbridge?
Love these handstand tip tutorials. I mainly do intermediate/advanced yoga 90% of my workouts but these tips really help even tho I know it’s not primarily for yoga focused workouts
Kick ass video bro, definitely adding these literally at gym bout to work into routine. Keep the handstand videos and skills. I’ll watch handstand videos/calisthenics videos everytime you post 😂
It's the perfect time for this video , I'm currently training handstand and I really progressed in my training , I'm doing holds of 3-7 seconds but my holds aren't consistent and I'm stuck so this video is really going to help me , thanks
I am exactly in the same place as you. I am actually training with the basic program, and made alot of progress. Just finished a workout and got a 5 sec hold ( couldn't hold a second 5 months ago ). I feel my shoulders and core fatigue so fast after the hold, but I'm sure these moves will get me the strenght and stamina that is needed from now on 🙏🏻🔥
Love your vids. My handstands are slowly getting better. My one fault is working so hard on shoulder and scapula strength that I forget to engage my core up and down. I’ll just keep working.
Coincidentally, I often practice like that, wall walk first, hold from 3 to 5 seconds, then 1 to 2 rep tuck, then wall walk to down. It is really burn=)) i train it 15 minutes every day at night for my handstand
Hey man I’ve been watching your videos and have become very interested in your points. I appreciate your videos because they really do help. Here in Brooklyn NY I have been always fascinated with calisthenics and have trained with various guys in that community you may have seen on here on RUclips training in the parks. I have a question? Have you heard of isometric chain training? If so have you tried it? The same type of training Alexander Zass and Bruce lee used to gain their incredible power?
Hey I managed my first wall walk three/four weeks ago. I can do a wall walk now, and chest to wall handstand for 15s, 12s, 12s in my last handstand practice. (I still can't handstand yet).
Handstand walk from a downward dog position. Then put your feet on a chair. Then work up to full weight feet on the wall. Scale the exercise in other words
Guys i have a question about push ups. I got my form dialed in, straight body, tucked elbows, chest to floor yada yada. But i have a problem with my feet where, as I go down, I unintentionally move forward and as I fatigue I go off balance and need to readjust. Any tips? If I did leave some things unclear lemme kno
@@afroponix3414 Everything is dialed in, core included i flex the quads, glutes, abs (I should know I worked on the form back in the day). Next time I'll try having a different surface underneath my feet.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but these wall walks seem to be pain in the ass; my feet always slip, and I don't want to go much further up the wall because I fear I will fall on my face.

0:00 Wall Walk
1:18 Chest To Wall Hold
3:45 Tuck Handstand
4:56 Wall Slide
ok
I will definitely add this into my handstand routine. I am plagued by banana back, and the chest to wall helps a lot.
Thnxxx Daniel for teaching us how to recover and technique moves

What are some good wrist warm ups and whats the difference with back to wall vs stomach to wall
Is there something to watch out for when doing handstands if you have anterior pelvic tilt?

Nice 👌👌👌👌
I used to do handstand walks but I stopped because I got wrist pain from them
What can I do to stop the wrist pain if I do them again?
Do proper wrist warmup

Sounds like a core issue

How many sets and reps?
Depends on the goal
For strength
High intensity low reps and more sets
For balance / getting used to handstand : low intensity
High reps and sets
Winner winner chicken dinner.
👀

chest to wall is scary :(
Yes😢
That is easy to overcome if you simply focus your practice on the handstand bail for a few sessions
And make sure to use clean socks 😁

You might have some strength imbalance to your right side. It seems more flexed during that handstand hold compared to the left
