Hello, I am a 20 years old young man, and my goal is to make 50 pushups in a single set, but i can actually do barely 24. How should i go for that goal? I started at the age of 19 where my goal was to make 50 pushups before my 20s which i miserably failed, but now i didn't give up and i want to achieve this before the 8th november, which is my birthday. My daily routine workout was 6 sets of HIGHLY weighted + negative pushups (both combined) divided into 3 sets in the morning and 3 sets in the evening until failure. I started with 1 set of pushups per day until failure, then i changed into 3 sets per day until failure, then 6 sets until failure. I also tried various type of pushups like for example explosive pushups, negative pushups. I can't do diamond pushups even though i have tried many times. So I got advices from other people on RUclips, telling me to change my workout structure because i was doing too much, by going to for example 100 pushups divided equally in the day by sets of 10 or 15 or 20, then 125 the next day, 150 and so on. This is what i am doing at the moment, but because my maximum reps for sets is 15, i can't go more than 150 pushups for a whole day. All of this had nearly no positive effect, i would even say that it decreased my maximum number of pushups. I don't know about my actual daily routine workout. What program would you give me (the best) to help me to reach my goal of 50 pushups in a row?
You are doing way to much to be honest. Your overtraining. Do this like 2-3 times a week only. Than try 1 day cheat Day wts a week. You need atleast 2 rest days. It worked for me. I can do MANY now
As popular saying goes “the best posture is one that’s constantly moving”

It's like he knows what I want to know about, terrifying tbh
he's being doing this consistently for a year or so, it's quite uncanny
Aren't you supposed to keep your upper arms in contact with the wall in the wall slides
Yup
That's impossible on some walls.
@PeterPedal1very nice. I find some ripple wavey walls too..
