ABOUT THIS EPISODE:
There is no mystery about what the judges aren’t looking for. They aren’t looking for a self-centered, mean girl who hates people. What they are looking for is a much longer list. We can’t know the entire list of what the judges want in a titleholder (because frankly, they won’t know until they meet her), but there are three specific characteristics that historically win - even if the judges aren’t necessarily ‘looking’ for them.
The good news is: you can communicate all of them if you prepare in a mindful way.
The bad news is: so can everyone else.
The good news is: few women actually take the time to prepare

. . . Personally, I love to see beauty and brains. For example, Miss Universe 1994, Sushmita Sen or Miss Venezuela 1993. There is nothing more attractive than a woman who is gorgeous and equally intelligent. 👑 💋
Post script - As a college professor, I'm considering doing freelance beauty pageant judging for both women's AND men's competitions. I have always had a "good eye" in/when determining excellence and can often times predict a winner before one is even chosen.
. . . Generally speaking, is the criteria for selecting a winner for men's and women's competitions very similar or different? Also, does one absolutely have to be a "certified pageant judge" in order to be offered the job? Thanks! ;-)

Apart from being beautiful a pageant holder should have a good IQ power or intelligence. One must be confident on oneself. One must believe what one says. One must see each and every individual equally weather rich or poor and one must have a vision in one's life to achieve or change something in life. Thank you

I believe a (genuinely) humble and kind humanitarian that has the ability to grab the attention of others through the personality traits such as these listed above with poise and a strong presence is of the most importance! Also, being a Titleholder with a plan, and a titleholder that has been putting in the work, and understands the job and importance of Pageantry and the dedication and hardworking it really is.
Beauty Pageant is not about external beauty. The true beauty comes from your true good self quality. It means anyone could have an equal opportunity to participate and prove what they can really do. It’s all about brains and hearts. Unfortunately, judges and other watchers could only see what they want to see which is a typical physical look that has its own so called ‘standards’ or expectations. But why...? In a real world, what are these beauties do? Married to rich people? Became celebrities or ambassadors? How many years have we had beauty pageants held around the world and what has changed...? Nothing...Poverty, poor education, child abuse and even environmental issues are still out there. This beauty pageants mean nothing if these contestants are just beauties with no hearts. If it’s all about fame just forget about it. If it’s about getting scholarships forget about it. There are other ways than using physical look. Use beauties to change the world for real. Make a difference today. Start living for others. Am not angry or dislike this, just thinking whether it can really do something really good and change things significantly.

I myself in future want to participate in miss world peagent..and for me the best quality which titleholder should have is being compassionate, compassionate abt those who r underprivileged, by underprivileged i dont only mean those with disability but i also mean for those who r fighting towards the wrong that a man has made of man.

to people and should be loving personality and passionate about there work.
I think the titleholder must be caring for others. They are given a platform that many women across the world do not have and I think it is a positive step to use that to raise awareness of issues around the world. That's a great act of care that they can show.

I think that honesty and being truthful is very important in pageant and not over exaggerating about accomplishments and and also lying about things that they do or haven't been involved to make themselves as a delegate or pageant contestant look more interesting. but not being involved in actually. Purgery is a crime and is not respectful. being truthful to themselves the judges and others is very important to winning a pageant also. my final answer is honesty at all times!😃

I would say that the qualities that I think are important is be yourself, don’t pretend to be somebody you aren’t don’t lie about yourself, people like a quirky person, well some do
Well ,I believe that the three qualities required for a titleholder are - confident....to take a stand for yourself ,to put before your point view without any hesitation ....... hardworking - the title holder should be very hard-working , calm ,and compassionate and should have a positive outlook towards every situation ... And ..polite and humble

The best way to become good at anything is to practice, practice, practice. There are many books and talks on connecting with people but if you don’t actually do it all that “learning” will mean nothing. Working through your nerves is tough, I know but you have a goal in mind.... Miss World.. so want it bad enough to start! Don’t let a dream die in your mind & don’t rob yourself of your future. Take a chance on yourself. Start by keeping a journal, write down 3 things you’d like to accomplish in a month and how you’ll do it. Then go do & come back to your journal to write down how you feel about it, what was hard & easy, what did you learn, & rejoice because you did it!!! Then do it again. Join a group where you can network with others to practice talking. Let me know if any of this helps you. Can’t wait to see you as the titleholder someday.

Hey Muna! This is such a great question! For some pageants, your body does matter. Some are only for petite women, others are only for women that wear a size 10 or above, some are for women that are super thin. But there are lots of pageants out there, so look for one that fits your body type. I'll do a video for you on this soon!

A pageant title holder should hold his/her natural qualities which makes him/her different from other people. No pageant holder qualities should match with other pageant, because we know that even the nature has rule of Variation☺️
If I have to be honest, the qualities that a pageant tittle holder should have are:
1. They should possess inner beauty which means no matter how normal u appear from outside your true qualities in you will make you look naturally beautiful.
2. As mentioned in the video you should be catchy and have to keep others engaged that people start paying attention to you.
