Alfa Romeo 156 - Back to Life

A bit neglected, unused, not running, ready to be scrapped. Was this Alfa Romeo 156 SW 1.9 JTDm worth saving? After 20 years, with 320 000 km, but a lot was done before, so it wasn't entirely bad. Ideal budget garage project?
