1st video I saw of this dude I was super impressed. But now all I see is him monetizing his audience, which is brilliant btw but it's not how he 1st presented himself or maybe I misunderstood his mission. If you're rich from real estate why does your audience have to be constantly monetized?

I’m Pretty surprised to hear that mortgage and real estate licensing is given to triple felons.
Would you rather they remain in crime? When a man is seen going for better, he should be encouraged. Denying him any license at all means telling to continue in crime. He didn't ask for a bomb to kill people, but a way to decently earn a living so who in his right mind will deny a man that?
I didn’t say he shouldn’t be allowed. Usually being a felon stands in the way of many licensures. It’s awesome that he wants to turn it around. But let’s not pretend for a second that he deserves more credit than the guy who did right the right things the whole time from the get go. Comeback stories are shiny and pull at the heartstrings and the guy has charisma. But it would be twisted to praise this story over the story of The guy Who quietly did the right thing the whole time.
@@holdencaulfield8239 well, I guess you forget the story of the prodigal son. 😊. Provided it isn't murder, any repentant person ready to become better deserves a massive chance. That's less crime and a plus for us. The person doing right the whole time is on his own lane and doesn't have more credit than the person who now knows better and want to quit crimes.
