    This was a fun but tough topic! Please let me know if you are going to start a RUclips channel and let me know your feedback from the failures I referenced. Have a good one, Russ🎥

      @@TheRussRyde thanks Russ! It’s the community like this that supports each other that makes it all worth it, I agree on what you said, I can say the same for myself, I am nowhere near success like those huge RUclips channels but we are successful every time we record a video that has so much value for one person or many. The rest is a bonus, at least for now that’s what I tell myself because I have just turned 2 months yesterday! Can you believe it!

    • @TheRussRyde

      @@TheRussRyde yep! It felt like it should be longer than 2 months because of how much I have grown as a content creator, when I look at my first few videos, I cringe a bit haha just can see how I was so inexperienced and nervous, I’m still learning each day but I feel like I have grown so much in a short time. Thanks also for your advice, always good to get feedback to get better💪🏾❤️😊

    This was a great video Russ!! I relate with so much of what you’ve said 😂 you look like you’re just speaking right from your heart, didn’t notice you reference notes or anything.. I’m trying to work on that. I enjoyed your video, thank you!

    • @TheRussRyde
      @TheRussRyde  2 месяца назад +2

      Thank you Darcy, I think I prefer to have bullet points that I pause to remember what to address next. I am humbled how people can speak so eloquently on camera and not lose their train of thought. I have experimented with the Parrot teleprompter but it takes some practice to get used to. It helps no matter what to make the video two times. The first seems to work out my nervousness. Russ

    • @DarcyRie
      @DarcyRie 2 месяца назад +1

      @ I agree the bullet points or outline is very helpful. That’s my goal to not get sidetracked or have too many ums and such. I guess it’s like being an actor, have to memorize our lines if we want to keep from stumbling or losing our words. I might look into the Parrot thing. Thank you!

      @@DarcyRie Yes, I think it is a little bit like acting too. I can tell that when I think I over express myself from what I normally act like, it doesn't look like that much watching it later. It's hard. But I will try to push myself more. I notice I say "so" "right" "go ahead". Eeee

      @@TheRussRyde well as you know we live in Singapore, super safe country, it’s a good video for my teenage girls to watch to know that outside Singapore there are bad guys who can harm young girls and even mommies! So this is a content that I let them watch h to get a grip of reality outside Singapore bubble

      That’s good. You can always look up news articles on how often a trafficker lures girls to take an Uber even across State lines. It’s so sad.
