I just want to thank you - my husband who was a mediocre cook in 2019 found your channel in 2020 & now is very good! He's fixing your shepherd's pie tonight for dinner.
I Sir am a NACHO connoisseur! I have had Mexican nachos, Irish nachos, BB-Q nachos, Chinese nachos, American nachos, and I'm pretty sure I've left something out. If it can be chopped up and put on a chip with cheese, beans, corn, onions, and peppers I've done it! Not once have I smoked nachos. Looks like I have a new nacho recipe to try this weekend.
Really sick of Utubes censorship and all around lack of anything fun anymore. Your content is one of the only reasons I continue to pay for premium. Keep it up!!!!
Sam, Max, and Chancey, Love the show, long time listener first time caller. All of your recipes that I’ve made for friends and family have always been a hit (saucy pasty, Parker house rolls, etc.) but the thing you’ve shared that impresses people the most - the microwaving plates to warm them up trick. People are always blown away by the little extra effort and attention to detail. Cheers!
Now I have to buy a smoker after watching you do this chicken and the steak from your steak salad video. I had no idea what I was missing not having a smoker. Cannot wait to try these recipes!
Another great video Sam. Nachos are always a favorite, this version looks delicious. The cool thing is that even the worst nachos are still good. These videos are always put together very well. I have a small channel myself with cooking and educational food content being the subject. I have definitely learned some things from this channel. I hope to have an audience like this someday
Made nachos last weekend with grilled skirt steak but tried something different with my veggies. Rough chopped sweet onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro then marinated with a little olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper & refrigerated for 30 minutes. Then I strained the veggies and put em on my nachos and in the oven at 350 for 10 and broil on high for 3. AMAZING.
Being a food truck owner that only serves nachos, this got my attention. 😊 They look amazing, but maybe needed some shredded monterey jack melted on top? 🙄 Either way, can't go wrong. Thank you Sam for actually inspiring the recipes on some of our nachos we make on the truck. Not trying to suck up, but my 7" nakiri needs a friend, maybe a 6" boning knife? 😊
Traeger Pro 22 is mearly $500. I've had one for 5 or 6 years and honestly never regretted buying one. It will never replace your grill, but it will increase what you can make for dinner in ways you've never imagined. When my 22 finally goes belly up, I'm getting another Trager. I love it and use it every weekend. I highly recommend it!
Hello Sam. Would you be interested in making some pupusas 🫓. I really want to see you make it your way. I had them frozen from Sam’s club. So I can imagine sams would be out of this world
Made your Cap'n Crunch Seared Tuna for my wife on Mother's Day. She loved it! Thanks for the great recipe as always. Needed a nice sharp knife to better slice the tuna with though
Tomorrow I will be smoking a tri tip in a homemade marinade and grill another tri tip at the same marinade to see which works out better. Family loves both versions but, I want to see which method is better. Love the channel!
OMG this looks so darn good! Thank you, Sam for once again......providing total entertainment and teaching us some amazing recipes to maximize our YUM!!
I have started growing Holland Peppers because of your videos. Just perfection! Twice smoked chicken nachos could be Thrice smoked chicken nachos if you make them on 4/20.
I used to LOVE nachos, when I ate stuff like that still. The only thing I did like to do was make everything but keep the chips separate and use all the other ingredients more like a dip so the chips were always crunch :) Nothing worse than a soggy chip.
Lately I've been obsessed with mixing Tabasco sauce with sour cream... and putting that on my tacos & nachos. You get spicy & coolness at the same time. Delicious!
I would have to say the best nachos I ever had was this bar in Thong Lo area of Bangkok in 2009. The name of the place was The Witch's Tavern. Great place. Their nachos were Italian style using marinara in the cheese sauce. Just WOW. Live music, cold beer, and great food! This looks amazing as well, Sam!
This looks great. I can smoke on my webber kettle grill. One you may try is using smoked pulled pork in your chicken enchiladas recipe. It's delicious. Love your recipes! Thanks
Recipe suggestion I have every breakfast: 3 Fried half corn half flour tortilla, then you first put in your sambal chicken (from your spicy chicken tacos video), then topped with 3 eggs (with chipotle chili powder) spread across the 3 tortillas, then top with Cotija cheese and chopped cilantro. DELICIOUS!!! Love your videos and thank you for expanding my cooking skills and motivating me to cook more. Thanks Sam, Max and Chance!
OMG! Sam, the cheese sauce, the vegetables, the smoked chicken and the rest look AMAZING!!! The only thing that I would change (if I may be so bold) is to swap out the sour cream with Mexican crema. Mexicans always use crema instead of sour cream. In my opinion it just tastes better, but to each their own and once again everything else looks GREAT!!! I can't wait to try out this recipe!
That looked great. I would like to know how long it takes to make the meals you cook. That way I can plan accordingly for the nights I work late or get out early.
"They answered to 'Ladies', so cute of them" I do that to my boys all the time. quality move. I'd add sliced black olives, but that is a killer build right there. Thanks!
OMG. These looks the best thing I've ever eaten! Maybe the best thing you've ever suggested! Gonna have to hit my friend up for thr use of his smoker...
Today I heard a presentation on pulsed power engineering, and they plugged Kewpie mayo in relation to the special pasteurization process they use. I don't know that much about pulsed power engineering, but I was able to nod enthusiastically about Kewpie being better than other mayos 😆
Never thought about smoking nachos, but it's a great idea. I prefer more cheese though, so that everything binds together. Looks great though... thanks!
Awesome dish and video, we love doing pulled pork nachos! Every time I smoke a butt I reserve at least a pound for nachos. Then around New Year's, I cook a butt just to do nachos as a tradition, we may have to try chicken sometime, love the "Double Smoked Nachos" name and technique. Keep up the good work!
I finally found someone who cooks with the same passion and humor as I do. Love love love watching your videos!

My wife and I make nachos once a week. I'm definitely using the smoked chicken and cheese sauce ideas. From Cape Town ❤️🇿🇦
I love your sarcasm with the boys and these nachos are perfection!!! Great job editing as always 🥳😍
I started watching you to learn how to make nachos in 2019 and now to see another one brought back memories of good nachos.
For a Mini Summer Series you should do a Smoking Series of things you don't normally smoke or wouldn't think of Smoking
That’s actually a pretty good idea.
🤔 well... banana flavored cream filled Twinkies of course! 😅
He may have done it when he was younger.
I agree 😊sounds like a great idea

One of my all-time favorite Jack Black movies, next to The School of Rock 😂
Definitely an overall classic but I love anything he’s in! Have you seen or heard tenacious d’s cover of wicked game?
Me and ole Ethel been through a lot of games together 🎉

as a fast food consumer that only consumes nachos. I salute you and your business model.
I agree, looks great but needs some melted cheese pull .
Thank you. @@lexide9432
I was thinking the same, although I go crazy for extra cheesy stuff.
Sam, your videos genuinely were the start of my passion for cooking. Keep doing great things!!!
I need a smoker.
Also a backyard!
AK A becoming one of Sam's kids ? I adoptive for Chance? (Sam jokes all the time about smoking for those not in the know )

@@AntiDot70 THIS is why you look at the comments section lol.
I need a house.
Amazing nacho recipe. Never knew how to make homemade cheese sauce until this video, but think my roux would involve bacon grease.
Sam has "the ladies" so well trained and it only took 8 years. Love the show.
Another idea for my Traeger! 😋 Thank you.
"Twice-Smoked Chicken Nachos" should also be called "Cheech and Chong Chicken Nachos."
For the alliteration alone 😂
or twice baked
I have made nachos on my pitboss before and it’s crazy how much the chips absorb the smoke, So delicious!
I remember when you had a couple thousand subscribers now look 3M God is good , ❤
Who doesn’t like NACHOS!!! Great take on a classic!!! Love it , Love it !! Thanks guys for sharing…
Hello Sam. Would you be interested in making some pupusas 🫓. I really want to see you make it your way. I had them frozen from Sam’s club. So I can imagine sams would be out of this world
Yes!!! I'm Salvadoran. It would be awesome to see Sam make them. My mom use to make cheese and zucchini pupusas...they were so delicious!!
Made your Cap'n Crunch Seared Tuna for my wife on Mother's Day. She loved it! Thanks for the great recipe as always. Needed a nice sharp knife to better slice the tuna with though

I make something very similar quite regularly, I don’t use mayo binder or the salsa verde but smoked chicken (thighs only) nachos in a skillet yup!
Thank you Sam.I'll make this next taco Tuesday. Thanks to all of you. Enjoy your summer.
That is going on my list! Made the STCG grilled balsamic chicken recipe today and it was delish!

I only used my smoker twice last year because I didn't know what to make. This is amazing
Your rub is amazing, it is my go too for everything. Maybe think about packaging it up like BFF. Just an idea
'Summer is here. It's time to get outside. Use what you got! '.

Awesome Spring/Summer idea! Any excuse to cook outside when the weather is good.
I used to LOVE nachos, when I ate stuff like that still. The only thing I did like to do was make everything but keep the chips separate and use all the other ingredients more like a dip so the chips were always crunch :) Nothing worse than a soggy chip.

Smoker is on the agenda to buy this summer...great recipe!
Look great. So many different ways to make nachos. Definitely would nom on those.

No smoker but made this on the grill and it was AMAZING! Smoke flavor even gets into the chips and cheese!
Every time I watch your video, I’m like “ damn. I want that outdoor kitchen setup.” 🥺
This looks outstanding and can’t wait to try this one! The only addition we’re going to add is a top light layer of shredded cheese!
One of the best parts of my Monday, Wednesday and Friday! Thanks for the great recipes, cooking tips and entertainment!
Definitely making these this weekend! Thank you for the recipe.

Love your videos! Thanks for thinking of the outdoor cooks!
Sodium citrate is a key ingredient in processed cheese, which helps cheese melt evenly. Chemical formula Na3C6H5O7, or NaCHO.
These look amazing! You could even make a nacho bar with these smoked meats. Nicely done!
Perfect. Key was the double layer, I might have added cheddar and 2x the the sour cream and guac
Was looking for a new recipe for my smoker, these look delicious!
I made your bourbon smash burger for my son’s first birthday, was the best burger we have ever had! I’m trying every recipe you post!!
Team Green O’s for the win. They are a must for me, too.
