Das z. Zt. größte Containerschiff der Welt (19.224 Cont.), spielt beim Erstanlauf in Hamburg den "Star Wars" Soundtrack mit dem Schiffshorn. Am 02.08.2015, wurde die "ZOE" in Hamburg getauft. -
The world largest containership arrives Hamburg for christening and plays the main theme song from "Star Wars" at it´s horn.

after that she opened all the containers and released the Imperial Troops

+Country LebensArt (Brigitte S.) Sollte es mit Olympia 2024 in Hamburg was werden, kann man sich auf mehrere derartiger Konzerte einstellen. Dann wird an der Elbe parallel zur Olympiade sicherlich die größte Hafenparty und eine Eröffnungsfeier mit einer Schiffsparade geben, wie sie die Welt noch nicht gesehen hat.

Is the music played by air horns or electronic speakers?
Prefer the way MSC Splendida did it. a single horn pr side, that sends out sound both forward and backwards, controlled by air pressure, instead of having several horns for the various tones. i will still however give kudos to the two Disney ships i have so far heard, amazing what you can do with ship horns :)

Disney can do imperial March, but hardly any and a small peice. MSC Zoe did a much better job.

The msc cruise ships have their own songs (we will rock you, seven nations army, ect) and so does the disney cruise line ships. I prefer the msc horns compared to disney personally
