    The difference a bit of movement makes but yes, it’s absolutely the last thing I want to do when I feel depressed. I love ‘get fit with Rick’ so simple but effective ❤

      It’s so worth doing. I used to go to the gym but that’s half hours drive away so I didn’t always want to fight traffic on top of the gym and then fight to get home. I tried tae Boe and other workouts but being big meant I needed to strap the girls down, make sure my hair was tied back as my neck would get to hot, wear leggings so I didn’t get chub rub, add that to having to have the space and the time to workout and shower after meant I couldn’t be bothered. I also am so scared of walk outside for many reasons plus I’m the uk the weather is very confused to say the least it can hail and be hot almost at the same time. This workout is perfect
