Should I switch sports everyday, ex. Basketball-Football-Basketball-Football-Basketball-Football, or should I play each straight then switch, ex. Basketball-Basketball-Basketball-Football-Football-Football
Personally I got a problem with my release , been watching you throw and I like how you don’t pull back you’re arm to much when you pull back the arm, how do I become comfortable with shorting the release?
