I feel like this song was the introduction to sadness and emotion for me, as a kid. I remember just watching the character endings in theater - strictly for the song - and it would make me feel things... This song envelops the emotion of times passing and being unable to freeze or recapture them. The insurmountable weight of "Goodbye."
@@regidio5083 I'm thinking when I get into the flim industry I'm going to make a Tekken series that everyone might like but I'll change the stories and definitely make kazuya a good guy
Jin's frustration when he holds his Dad in the air. Letting go, you see the turmoil with Kazuya's Smirk at his son and sense the presence of Jun holding Jin back. Still hits hard with this track.
I remember that man nostalgic days memories and remembrances when Jin picked kazuya up and wanted to punish him but then Jin lost control and powers resulting in him getting a electric shock then kazuya gets the victory
I always looked at this track as a tribute to Kazuya, at the time when I first played it, Kazuya was canonically dead. I believe Tekken Tag Tournament was a tribute to mainly Kazuya, there’s a picture of him you see on the video but with white background, like it’s showing who could’ve been if darkness was driven out of him and that he is looking back at his life in a life review or something because how calm and peaceful he looked in the pic. I couldn’t help but feel for him. I think the song entails how his life was cut short before he could get a chance to change his ways to be a better person. My opinion.
Hear me out: Kazuya will redeeme is a** during tekken 8 campaign, considering that Jun is still alive and there will be other chapters in season 1 this summer
Let me get this straight kazuya was last seen in Tekken 2 cuz his dad threw him off the mountain into the volcano resulting in him being dead after longtime Kazuyas back from the dead and is in Tekken 4 and Tekken 5 and Tekken 6 and Tekken 7 and Tekken 8 and Tekken tag tournament 2 and Kazuyas been in every Tekken series except Tekken 3 cuz of his tragic death
I ruined my PS2 disc drive playing this Staff Roll. Those blue bottom discs looked so fresh but little did we know they were ticking time bombs. Let's not even talk about blue M&Ms.
@@tauhidulislam2290 PS2 games could be on CD-ROM (blue discs) or DVD-ROM (normal silver color). CDs have a lower data transfer rate so the drive spins faster playing blue discs. CDs also weigh less. This caused disc read errors with fat PS2 models failing to grip CD games as they aged. Tekken Tag was on a blue disc like many of the other launch titles. Another big deal that happened in 2000 was the brown M&Ms got replaced with blue ones (and brown replaced with blue generally). Saturation levels were milked dry until the PS360 era when they fully depleted.
@@MessiahProphylaxis Oh I got u now I get it yeah man I remember that aswell I had disks that got blue at the back and some that had silver at the black but they was mostly normal and platinum but I never experienced nothing like that u no like u did my 1 was fine always working and running never got destroyed or wrecked the only problem is it used to get scratches on it and dust on the disk player so I used to clean off the scratches of the disk and dust of the disk player then it started working and I used to experience a ring of death aswell like u no a normal PlayStation 2 startup is blue with those silver and white blocks and cubes but the ring of death startup was blood red with blood red blocks and cubes used to scare me man
@@tauhidulislam2290 @tauhidulislam2290 I got a PS2 for xmas 2000 just a few weeks after launch so it was the earliest model. It started to happen after about 4 years and putting strips of masking tape on the label side of the disc near the center helped. Maybe because it made the disc heavier? Anyway I don't think the slim PS2s had the issue. I got one of those eventually and it was a lot better than the fat PS2. Way quieter.
What if Tekken Tag tournament had been the confirmed last game of the series for over a decade? ma,n this would've hit even harder. But godo thing the series kept going strong!

I remember when this song came out, when I got the game, I had just lost a friend to Cancer.
Late 90's early 00' video game music was literally untouchable, and at this point legendary

This and Tekken 4 ambience music was the Best era for me
This really goes well with both Tekken 8 Story Campaign endings:
1:15 Kazuya
2:15 Jin
The music aged real beautiful

I remember when playing arcade mode as a kid I always felt a bittersweet sadness while listening this during the endings
I love this track. It's oddly sad but great.
The footage of the video made the whole video feel like it was created 13 years, and still i love that
feels so good to listen to
This song has no right no be this emotionally impactful. ❤️

What do u think
After all the fire tracks they made for this game, they decided to go hard on the staff roll too
Such nostalgia!
Play this song at my funeral or there wont be a funeral.
