Great proyect, I just want to commend few possible improvements that come to my mind: 1) Without a differential or a false differential (double free wheel) perhaps it would have been better to leave one of the two rear wheels free, and not fixed to the axle, to avoid the effect of drag in curves. 2) The axis is threaded, and is leaning directly on the bearings. This causes friction, and with this occurs premature wear of both the bar and the bearing. Ideally, this section should be smooth. This axis could be adapted by adding a very fine hollow pipe on those parts. If it is not fine enough, you would have to increase the size of the bearings to achieve it. 3) It is preferable to make a screw or bolt connection to the wheel, so that the wheel can be replaced using screwdrivers or wrenches, without having to change or modify the axle. I am not clear if the axle was fixed to the wheels or only to the adaptation, if it was the second case, the reverse could unscrew the wheel. That is why it is better 3 or 4 screws that fix to a spindle end.
Esta buena la idea nada que veo unos problemas ,,el primero el tipo de motor segun veo es un arranque de moto ,,no durara mucho porque se le acabaran los carbones o escobillas del motor ,,,lo ideal seria un motor sin carbones o escobillas ,,por ejemplo un motor de overboard seria el ideal ,,pero tambien se puede con un alternador de carro ,,aunque el mas eficiente es el motor de overboard
Donde consigo el motor y el diagrama de ese invento es para una causa noble quiero devolverle ese privilegio a quien por salud y dinero es limitada la movilidad

These motors overheat like hell. The armature windings and brushes are easy to wear. You should invest in high quality brushless motors.
