Stop Windows Compatibility Telemetry

Command line (type the comas as well)
schtasks /change /disable /tn "\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser"
This command will kill CompatTelRunner.exe process that is consuming CPU processing power
