I think Cedar Fair/Six Flags Entertainment need to purchase this park because it's just a 1 1/2 hour away from Kentucky Kingdom which would be a great alternative. The reason is KK is limited by area and if this park gets huge financial backing and investment it would reach potential due to its rural location and can benefit from rapid expansion.
