Hi I just discovered your channel . I’m so happy . I own an S9 . It’s an amazing machine but I have yet to use the embroidery function because I have no experience doing embroidery. Basically I’m overwhelmed by the embroidery functions. The written instructions in the manual are quite complex and not easy to follow. Would you consider making a step by step beginner’s video on how to embroider on the S9 please? No videos are available on the Janome website unfortunately . Thank you .

So deflated, I bought an S9 so I could embroider, but they failed to mention that I also have to buy $1000 iPad too. Your project looks so beautiful, maybe one day I will be able to make that. Thank you for sharing.
You don’t have to buy an iPad to embroider. Just to use those specific apps. You can use the regular machine and edit on the machine itself. On a computer or an iPad.

Hi, I purchased a second Janome E350. The lady I purchased it from could not find the memory card. Is there one I could purchase. I love Janome machines. I have the 4120QDC and matching serger.
I have been going crazy trying to digitize my designs for Janome 9850 and can not find any help. Do I need to buy the Artistic Digitizer? Also can you please link your products used. thank you

I bought this machine a year ago. No one in the store can show me how to use the iPad features and that’s I bought . At a big disappointment . If some shows you hands on it helps. Also when I bought the s9 I bought embroidery patterns on line and have yet got to do th projects cause no one can show me how to get patterns onto machine to use oHave t shirts and patterns and never got to make my gifts . So sad. I got all 4 apps onto my IPad but still trying to figure it out .

You may be able to do this with other brands of machines. However, the real key is using the Janome App Ackusketch that allows you do do the digitizing and turns it into a .jef file, which works in Janome embroidery machines.

another question is it possible to colour in drawings on the acusketch app or do i need to download something else? for making custom designs is there anyway that i can make the inside of the drawing stitched? please let me know, id appreciate it so much! i watched a bunch of your videos you are amazing at sewing, and very creative! How do I get the triple stitch addition?
It’s an small upgrade in the App. At the bottom of the screen where straight stitch is, this is when you can choose it.
Hello, does this machine work with Apple only?
Just the APP works with iPad. You can use the PC version on your computer and transfer your design via USB.
