Hi, thank you for the video : ) Is it possible to imports fonts into the font system so they come up in the Janome list or do you have to go through the whole process of loading individual letters onto the memory tick and going into your folders to select each letter one at a time?
Hello, i have a MC 500, about one week old, the machine is stop ( turn off ) after working for about 3-4 hours, i have to unplug the the power cable and wait for 15-20 minutes before i can start it again, is that normal or something wrong with my machine? thank you very much

Check your settings, that is not normal consult with a local Janome dealer
You will need to talk to the dealer in which you purchased the machine from. This is not normal
