I have a couple of tips for the thunderbolt. One, you need to fix the piece that block the hi and low tones as you can hear in the video there's a lot of sound leakage. Two, it needs to be a little higher pitch (chopper level 5) by giving it more voltage so that the sound doesn't pass through the soliniodes so easily.
@@YourAverageMODude145 We are working on fixing the leakage that you talked about. We are working on a new solenoid and chopper housing design to hold more air pressure. Just posted a new video.
I am making a mini thunderbolt too! It is gonna be a chopper level 2 1000T that would a scale model of the Glenview, IL Fire Station 7 Thunderbolt. It is coming along great so far! I am Almost done with the chopper assembly, and am about to make the tube that goes trough the rotator. The next step is to make the rotator box with a motor mount, and everything else. Your 1003 definitely needs some work but I still love it’s chopper level 2 pitch and the solenoid timing! Great work!
I wish I could, I only have one and I'm still working on one so you would have to wait till I have to make another. And either way, I'm not sure how I'd ship it I'm sorry.
Looks like you've gotten a lot of great progress on it, can't wait for the next update!
Thanks we will do the next update in a little bit
It's been 2 years... @@LoneStarSirenProductions
Nice I like how it kinda looks like the compiague NY tbolt!
3:01 siren starts
4:07 the sound so cool
I will be glad to have this
Awesome! I've been waiting so long for this video! It's looking pretty good.

Yay your finally back it looks awesome good job

Overall its really a neat project.

@@LoneStarSirenProductions awesome!
it doesn't need to be high pitched
@@dank980 yes it does. Other wise the low frequency will just pass through the solenoids make no hi lo sound
Videos will be out very soon still working on the siren because we just moved in to a new place
Wow! It's magnificent!
I like the tornados in the backround

I wanna see some video footage. Going to be awesome man. We need to see more people printing these cool historic sirens!
Wow it's so pretty!
Looks good but the hi lo tone needs some adjustments
We are working on a new design. It takes days to print these big parts.
I'm not a siren scientist or something
But it's cool
What type of motor do you use for the chopper I’m just curious
Nice job 🤩
Question, what are you using to power the turbine that makes the noise I want to build one
Do you plan on eventually producing and selling them when it's complete?
We actually plan on doing this. Hopefully we can make that possible.
@@LoneStarSirenProductions great, I will be eager for that to happen.
Soo good
LOL
Me and my friend are planning on making a mini 1003 also!
Awesome, I hope some day I can see it. (when its done)
@@LoneStarSirenProductions it's gonna be based off of 2 sirens: Mineola and Stuart, IA.
do you have solenoids box?
Oh my god when are you going to start selling them. I'd really like to buy it.
We plan on selling them after we are done making the siren.
Cool
Thanks
Can you do the 3D printing of an English siren Klaxon CS8 with 2 shutters with hi lo sound?
Someone already did: ruclips.net/video/B4JjsbumFhk/видео.html
YOOOO HE UPLOADED
Yep took a long time to figure out to get it working!
@@LoneStarSirenProductions i need to work on mine lol
what a about chopper level 7 hi lo?
can we get some stl files?
Can I get the stl files please?, would be so cool to have it on top of my building
Can you Test a alert
We are working on the siren we just have to program the siren
Ok
You printed it form thingverse?
No, we designed it in tinkercad so basically we made some of the parts ourselves.
it needs a bit working on but it sounds good so far!
Yep, It's just leaking air that's the problem.
How loud is it now?
It''s probably around 120db when its cranked. We are currently working on a new design to keep the air pressure tighter so that it doesn't leak sound.
Finally :D
I have a thunderbolt tornado siren and I tested it high and low many times
i recommend using paper horn is louder
pls give it too me!
Siren Kiddie 🙄
SOUND THE SIREN
Эй, ты проделал отличную работуe.
Ты, наверное, узнаешь меня.
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
3:09 hi-lo
HoW DiD YOU GeT MoTOr
We purchased a motor on amazon.
Sounds like a 1003At
You mean 1003A not 1003AT
I think that's a one chopper not 2
It sounds weird
I guess is one toned
@@faziclan5432 It's dual tone it just sounds weird because it's leaking air.
Can you send me one
I wish I could, I only have one and I'm still working on one so you would have to wait till I have to make another. And either way, I'm not sure how I'd ship it I'm sorry.
It looks so hard to make
It is it takes around a year to just make these things.
Its hard for the siren to be stable that's the problem.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🥺😍😍😍😍😍
