I think I've seen the one at 2:48 before. It's half of a two-tiered Sentry, I believe, with an interesting unofficial designation the siren community came up with to reflect that. Also, considering the thumbnail siren's location in a display case, I'm going to guess it's the Greensburg Sentry? (The town's only other siren was a Thunderbolt. What was left of it was also recovered and put on display in the town's museum.)
