like this conversation. the core ground Kenyans lacked faith in parliament by storming it.... the high court will ask for evidence to prove that its the kenyans speaking and not a few people to defend the article on the power belongs to the people... organize a way that kenyans can demonstrate that and let the courts be the witness and make it part of their judgement.... in court its about evidence you need to produce evidence or create a scenerio in which the evidence can be demonstrated.... best way is a way of acclamation not signatures to get the favorable ruling for the process and i want to bypass referendum since at the end of the day it still goes to parliament... think of a way of a public acclamation..... and proof of the same.... dont dismiss what am saying but think about it it is possible...

The petition that ndegwa Advocate is pushing is the right way to remove Ruto government through referendum, it is going to take Abit longer because we don't have the IEBC to administrate the process.
at one point the court will argue on the point of popularity or if the referendum is necessary instead use parliament i would suggest.... as parliament vote through accumulations then kenyans be allowed to demonstrate acclamation will not give details of how.... for now..... you are lawyers and Genz there are many ways to figure that out
