Cannot give 100% mineral rights to foreigners without joint venture with local entities. And also the export of unprocessed raw minerals doesn't create jobs anywhere in Africa. The minerals in Kenya need to be used for local manufacturing of end products so to create jobs locally..We need a policy that encourages investors to use local natural resources for manufacturing here in Kenya..

Concerning the seeds issues, what we should do is simply refuse to cooperate with the government via non-compliance.
When they say we can't share indigenous seeds, we should go ahead and share them.

Well, now that we have our degrees, us Kenyans who were taught we have no minerals in this country, now know we have so many resources, even gold. But our greatest resource is our ability to create together, which the government does not harness.
