DAK PRESCOTT IS THE PROBLEM. If he is going to be the Quarterback for the foreseeable future in Dallas, then the Cowboys will continue to suffer these types of losses every single year. McCarthy can go too, but Prescott needs to go to turn the page. If McCarthy is fired, that would be two coaches that Dak Prescott survived while staying, as if he is not a problem. He needs to go.

This Cowboy team getting destroyed in the playoffs doesn't surprise me. It just happened one week earlier than I thought. All year, the Cowboys could be described as a bully team. They spent the majority of the season beating up on bad teams. That gave them the illusion of looking much better than they actually were. When the Cowboys went up against a quality team, it was an entirely different story. During the season, I saw the Cowboys get completely destroyed by both the 49ers and the Bills. Those games proved to me that the Cowboys were frauds as Super Bowl contenders, It would not surprise me if Jerry Jones fires Mike McCarthy after this debacle. This awful playoff loss, where they were non-competitive, is not going to sit well with him. The Cowboys didn't even look prepared nor ready to play. That is the coach's responsibility and he must take the brunt of the blame. As a result, I expect major shakeups in Dallas.

Well done, Mike. You're the best. Anyway, all the talk is about Belichick and Mcdaniels. I think it's a bad fit because Mcdaniels offense is too complicated. The ones i like for Dallas are Vrabel and Smith. They have everything they had in Tennessee but better except Henry. They can use 2 backs for that role. But, Dak is better suited to run a run heavy playaction based offense. Dak will have easier throws , they'll be a better team situational, Dallas has better defensive personal than Vrabel ever had in Tennessee, and Lamb will still get 100 1200 and 10tds.

All you get by keeping him is is exactly what they’ve been getting as for other players this team is always filled with front runners who never show up in big games because in their minds they’re already super stars just for putting on that uniform and big Jerah Jones contributes to that mindset. In 30 plus years he’s never been able to come close to accomplishing what the legend he fired did showing everyone he’s a complete fraud for saying he helped build those Jimmy Johnson teams. If you are happy with him looking unstoppable against bad and mediocre teams then he’s your quarterback that’s the formula for getting undeserved big contracts not winning Superbowls. They could have got Stafford the same year they gave him that contract but Jerry caved to the media and some fans and gave him that undeserved contract. Unless a miracle happens and the Eags start using a somewhat different and aggressive approach defensively, they're not beating anyone. Offensively now that Brown is out, maybe they'll stop trying to go deep every single play and dial it back a little and start taking the short passes that are there and not give up on the run game if it isn't successful after the first few possessions like they normally do.

The problem in Dallas. Is the Owner. Period. Since 1995 the common denominator. Is Jerry Jones. When will anyone say that? Belichek would be disastrous in Dallas.

Football is Definitely entertaining but the competition level is trash. Every single week there are these unbelievable upsets that defy logic. And now it's just whatever . When "Any given Sunday " is every Sunday ,its not the same . Sometimes the boring and predictable outcome, is what should happen. This is why u got so many people jumping on the "rigged" bandwagon lol. No, thiers no way the Packers should have even been IN THE GAME. And they blow the cowboys out. Lol. C'mon. I need a postseason where some 15-2 team runs the table and every game is 45-3. Lol. Upsets get boring when they happen all the time.

Cowboys should hire Belichick as coach and head of Football Operations. He will build a defense and make Prescott into a playoff winning quarterback.

Belichick has definitely lost his way as a head coach. It happened as soon as the GOAT TB12 left the Patriots. Belichick has a .450 winning percentage without the GOAT TB12

That .45 winning percentage minus TB-12 is a brutal statistic that proves that TB-12 was the most influential reason for the Pats’ 19-year dynasty. Having Brady control the offense meant that Bill was free to focus exclusively on the Pats’ defense every year, which is Bill’s area of expertise, being a protege of Bill Parcells. I don’t see Bill winning a 7th SB unless he gets hired by a “SB-ready”team like the Cowboys or Bills.

Belichick is an all-time great, who turned around Cleveland while Brady was in high school. Belichick made Brady - with any other team Brady would have been a nice QB, that's it.

BB the GM screws BB the coach. No good owner would’ve allowed him to hire the retreads to run the offense. Nor would they just allow his good coaches to get retired and not be replaced at all. Jerry would give him all the staff and support he needs to succeed.

Would Jerry want to give up control of his team, including drafting, which Jerry likes to manage, to BB, not so sure about that given the every large narcissistic, egomaniacal personality of Jerry Jones. At least now the aged Jerry can stop worrying about his team's play this season, and focus on socializing with some 18 years old girls, which is a real passion of his.

I don't think Jerry Jones will give Belichick the power he desires.
Thats why the Cowboys will forever be stuck on first base.
Dak will end up like Tony Romo.
Good enough to get in the playoffs. Not good enough fir title games and the Superbowl.

You gotta put Dallas loss on the players and give the packers credit. Bad tackling, bad coverage wide open relievers, bad play calling and yes bad coaching. Too much talent to play that bad to a good packers team.
