Looks good, but I would switch out the corn on the tacos for salsas, vegetables, avocado with salt. I would also use large flour tortillas that are cook way more to get ride of the stick uncooked white parts. Lastly, the corn looks darn good, might taste better with chili oil and a mix of different cheeses.
