It's happened to me a couple of times when I didn't lubricated the door in a very long time. I hit the rollers and hinges WD-40. I couldn't tell if yours is chain driven by the video but they need lubrication to. For me, after lubrication and opening and closing the door a few times. Problem solved. I lube my doors regularly now, it hasn't happened again in many years. Don't lubricate them and open and close the door 10 times in a row , you can overheat the opener and pop the circuit breaker on the unit.
Did you check to see if the sensors are out of line?
Good question. Mine seems to only happens when there is direct sunlight shinning on the sensor.
